Stay active, exercise, and eat healthy. Too many men (and women) I know 40+ with health or chronic pain issues that could be solved by living a healthier lifestyle.
Double standards. Obviously, I don't want to generalize all women, but I've been stalked, cat-called, groped, assaulted, gaslit, creepily hit on, and many other things by women in the past. I've even experienced extreme hostility just for simply turning down unwanted advances.
