ok sorry then, i read too much into it. the tip that helped me the most was from baalor. he often will choose cards according to his next hard fights or the bossfight from his current act. like for example he will pick cards to beat gremlin nob or slime boss act 1. if he feels he can beat those fights he starts planning ahead.
that being said this might not help you as much. if its true what you say you mostl beat act 1 right? i would suggest going for more risk in act 1 then. but its really hard to evaluate without seeing you play.
