  1. There need to be a lot more public chargers along the streets, especially in Europe. That's where most people park at night

  2. Charging should only take like an hour though. If you park next to a public charger overnight you’re taking up the charger for the next person.

  3. Public chargers are normally just 11 or 22 KW, charging can take several hours

  4. I do believe we're the only country that's entirely blue. 😟🇮🇪

  5. 5 euros is a very small fee to visit one of the most beautiful open air museums in the world

  9. Calcio storico fiorentino. There is a beautiful episode of the series Home Games on Netflix about it.

  10. Fitstar in neuried ist absolut top, keine Ahnung was ihr habt

  11. Kann ich bestätigen. Ich warte auf das neues in Grosshadern aber noch

  12. I think EU is banning the production of combustion vehicles in 2035

  13. The EU is banning the sale of new combustion vehicles from 2035, they can still be produced in the EU and sold elsewhere

  14. I would expect China to have higher percentage than Europe in 2030.

  15. Well, considering that the Indian population is more than 10 times larger than the Japanese population, and still growing, while the latter is shrinking, it was due to happen.

  16. What's ridiculous is Elon claiming they don't have the battery supply to make the trucks. Each truck needs about 900kWh, so 12 model Ys’ worth. Tesla over built 6000+ model Ys that they couldn't sell in the first quarter of 2024. If they instead used that battery supply for the semi, they could have had 500 of the trucks on the road, and they are in high demand so they wouldn't just be sitting around in inventory.

  17. The reason probably is that if we would sell it at the price it costs him to produce plus a reasonable margin, no one would want it

  18. Rishi, what does your party intend to do when all the current over 50s have karked it?

  19. No need to wait so long. At the next elections his party will be decimated

  20. For the Air Force to EVEN CONSIDER a simulated dogfight suggests AI has progressed far beyond what it public may be aware of. We have some of the best pilots in the world, this wouldn’t have been a move they would make if it barely knew how to fly.

  21. Dogfighting is not such a difficult problem for the AI to solve.

  22. 13-23 million barrels of recoverable oil. What the world consumes during a good night’s sleep.

  23. Still, a lot of carbon that should have remained underground

  24. I think the impact even modern relatively crude AI systems will have on research speeds in a vast array of areas has barely begun to be felt.

  25. The bottleneck at the moment is the lab. There is still too much manual work there. AI can analyze data and formulate hypotheses, but those hypotheses must be tested in vitro first, and in vivo next, and that takes a lot of time. That field is open for disruption

  26. They would bring back capital punishment in Bavaria for that

  27. That American vehicle wouldn't fit in any public parking space in France

  28. AGI will substitute humans in most fields, so there won't be much need for new ones. Rich families will use this technology to generate their new heirs with an improved DNA. The others will be anyway to poor to afford one

  29. Those are even more fireworks than on new year's eve in Naples

  30. Yes please, the prices for mobile contracts in Germany are insane

  31. As Elon Musk himself said, the market valuation of Tesla without robotaxi is completely unjustified. He is just trying to preserve the hype as long as possible

  32. Well, if you ask people in Italy what they feel like, first they would mention their city, then their region, then their country. A European federation would just be another level on top.

  33. How can we be a federation when we don't even speak the same languages. Not even remotely. I can't understand dutch and flemmish at all.

  34. You are right, the EU should finally choose a common language and impose that as official language in all the member states. Like the romans did. But since English is the most spoken language in europe, I assume the common language won't be a romance language.
