For me personally, I was rated 100% PACT Act for Agent Orange exposure which caused my Leukemia. However, once I went into remission they dropped me to 0% With leukemia,, specifically the type I have I will never be cured, as my hematologist said, "it's treatable, just not curable." So unless you're P&T there is always that possiblity if it's not static.
A view from the other side, I joined an HOA board where I lived to help out. Dealing with some residents is the absolute worst. We don't have any crazy rules, we just maintain the property. Landscaping, roof, siding, road. Stuff like that. Most residents are just fine and reasonable when an issue comes up, but some are absolute assholes for no good reason. We get accused of hiding info, stealing money, showing preferential treatment. (All of our information and accounting is handled by a third party, and residents are free to request info) Some HOAs definitely suck, but residents suck just as much. If you're not supposed to have a ring cam, don't put one up. It is that simple.
Residents don’t even have to request information it’s provided. And most of the time it’s just ignored until something is going to cost money and the member thinks the board is squandering money.
I’m not sure if this is a hoa. Sprinkler inspection? Why would a hoa inspect the sprinkler in your house? How many people have sprinklers in their house? Maybe in the yard. Looks to me this TikTok content creator is referring to their apartment leasing company as a hoa. And if they are renting an apartment, then odds are good they were given notice that sprinklers were going to be inspected.
Some cities require fire sprinklers inside homes, however it is normally only required in newly constructed homes and buildings, or buildings that are for commercial use and are retrofitted when the building is remodeled or repurposed. The fire department is going to be doing the inspection, not an HOA board, they’re the professionals and know the local fire code and what is required, not a random HOA board member. Besides the internal sprinklers there is the water supply piping that needs to be inspected, and an alarm system. This is why the FD does it, so they have a record of it and it works properly as it was designed. Very rarely are residential houses retrofitted but it does happen, usually when it’s not occupied but being remodeled.
Look how low their property tax was before it sold! YOINKS! Looks a bit overpriced when comparing to other homes in the neighborhood for sale. Needs a remodel for sure.
Just when I thought I was out I was pulled back in. There was a post earlier asking for recommendations on how to clean up spilled paint. Well the poster tried one of the recommendations and it worked as he showed in a followup post. However he said “it did gooder job than I could hope for.”
I’ll never forget our DI getting pissed at us. He then told us to hold our rifles at a 90 degree angle at our chest. His next words were “jumping jacks till I get tired!” as he walked away.
If you do this more than likely you’re going to be questioning your decision as soon as you get to the fleet. Thinking “why did I spend all that time and money only to put myself in a situation where my daily life consists of cleaning and chipping paint?” More than likely once a SN or BM3 you work for and are younger than you find out you have a MS degree they’re going to make your life even more miserable. And the process of getting the evals, letters and recommendations are going to take years, it’s not going to happen as soon as you get to the fleet. This will probably cause you to become depressed and demoralized causing you to be even more unmotivated and losing the will to even try to make it work.
Bit of a unique double header in San Diego where I live. Watching both the Leafs game and the Jays playing my Padres. Can’t imagine many doing this, at least here. Full disclosure though, I’m a Canucks fan so my hatred for the ratface and his teammates is strong for obvious reasons.
Someone posted a video of Manny when he played the the doyers where he clipped the first baseman’s foot when running, it was during a Brewers Doyers playoff game
No, Ross imploded. Joe has had rough starts but he’s been able to steer it back, like today. Giving up 3 runs in 5 isn’t that horrible. Kept us in the game.
Efficient, 6 pitches to close the 9th.
Once he gets used to playing center he’ll be pulling those back into the field
Holy cow, scary old person in the front row
That’s Miss Colorado
My favorite thing about baseball is after a disappointing game, you almost always have a game the next day to disappoint you some more.
Found Mr. Brightsidde's account.

Welcome to Coors Field Michael King
Things started going well when I accidentally switched to Spanish
Hola, ¿como esta?
Right! I don’t think they even knew she was there.

Being named Diego it’s a given he’d be a Padres fan.
I forgot to breathe in those 2 min
We’re allowed to breathe during a PK?
San Diego Canucks fan checking in, let’s get this started!!!!

I wonder if it was owned by a 100% disabled veteran. They qualify for a property tax deduction

Honestly, we need more grammar police. The volume of "should ofs" and using "loose" and "lose" incorrectly is too damn high.
And never forget noone, it’s no one!
Now get to work on that step!
Roseanne is not that high on my totem pole of great Goodman performances.
He could do that role after looking over the script for 3 minutes.
Reminds me of my time in the army during basic.

And Turner bounces into a GAME IPD! Makes it doubly sweet😎
Did the air push that in or it wasnt hit hard enough to go out or typical Petco dimension terrorism?
The left fielders handsome mustache disrupted the air flow out there
UMP HAD CANADA MONEYLINE FUCK HIM
At least the right Toronto team, Maple Leafs lost 5-1, maybe he tried to parlay the teams and lost anyway.
Ah Shit ... I just started watching the game. I don't know why I thought reddit would be safe, even if I am just browsing Baseball subs.
I probably saved you some misery anyway, Leafs were pathetic
I swear I saw their closer working a corner for change on Rosecrans earlier today
Why are there so many BJ fans at the stadium?
So they don’t have to watch their Maple Leafs get destroyed by Boston

So how many days till the Padres sub turns on him and wants him out of the lineup and DFA’d?
Burnin for Bernie!
it is predatory, 5 or 6 months of backpay is a lot of money.
He said he would be able to keep the back pay.
I've heard similar from New Mexicans. Don't even have to beyond your borders.
That’s why New Mexico license plates say “New Mexico USA” rather than just “New Mexico.”
When playing trivia with friends this is one of the questions I always use.
When I was in boot camp a guy asked where am I from. I told him New Mexico, he then asked why am I in the United States Navy.
Yeah, and they also hate Manny for some reason, some of them even think he is purposely hitting their pitchers lol...
Someone posted a video of Manny when he played the the doyers where he clipped the first baseman’s foot when running, it was during a Brewers Doyers playoff game
Where's Don been this series? It's been shocking to tune into the game late and hear someone else.
National broadcast
"Fuck. He's dead too. At least we still have bowie"
We do? He must have gotten a lot better and I didn’t read about his resurrection.
Brewers have to be shook, how did the game get turned up side down for them so quickly, they scored three and then… nothing. Amazing from our guys.
Joe imploded for the Brew Crew, not the Joe everyone thought was going to implode early on
No, Ross imploded. Joe has had rough starts but he’s been able to steer it back, like today. Giving up 3 runs in 5 isn’t that horrible. Kept us in the game.
That’s what I’m saying, Joe Ross. Early on though throughout this game thread all the doomers were saying Joe Musgrove was imploding.
