Been on TRT for one year now. Currently doing 200mg subQ split up 3 times a week. I'm 5'8" and started at 280lbs, currently 230lbs. Still wanna lose about 40 more pounds. Struggling with low Libido and occasional ED. Latest labs and before and after photo attached. Looking for any advice. TIA

I think you have done a great job! Kill the AI. You E2 may be what’s causing the limp dick. There is a number between the 15 and 100 that’ll have you right where you need to be to not get gyno but still have your junk work.
I know everyones different, but generally how much wiggle room is it on that E2 number? Say your sweet spot is 30. Do you get symptoms at 50 or higher and 20 or lower? Usually how large is that sweet spot span?
Don’t know, guessing it’s different for everybody. My libido sucked at 89 and I never had gyno, I’m good with everything at 50. I feel the same at 50 as I did at 43 so who knows.

1lb of any meat, precooked, is a pretty good rule of thumb to make sure you have enough for everybody in my experience. I’d guess 3 of those per person.
