  1. Poor money management. Wife and I make over 100k in a HCOL and we get by just fine

  2. Go baaaack to where you came from and vote Democrat there

  3. Sulfur springs is all lit up at night. It’s beautiful walking around there!

  4. The calendar updates at midnight I believe. I think the best way for us plebs to get in is to book it 60 days out by sitting at your computer at 11:59pm and grabbing a spot the moment the calendar updates.

  5. I’m going to not watch this and just guess balloons. This sub sucks.

  6. I'm in Riverview and I can't at the Publix near me.

  7. Yeah, looks like there's still something in the code about serving for consumption on premises (restaurants, bars, etc.), but I don't see anything about other sales.

  8. I agree with you, HOA free is the way to go. I like to own my house but I understand if you would rather trade that off for nice fences and a yard.

  9. I own my home, no HOA. Have a nice yard and fence. Sits on half acre

  10. Highly unlikely you were speaking with the underwriter. More likely a processor. Underwriters rarely communicate with borrowers, most lenders don’t want them doing so at all.

  11. Lol. I hear this complaint a lot. As an underwriter in my most recent job, I did not receive documents directly from customers. We also did not review attachments sent via email. Everything had to be uploaded to a portal, where the customer could plainly see what was there and what was not. Occasionally I would ask for a document that was in the electronic file, but in a "bucket" that was mislabeled. For example I might be looking for the copies of rent checks, and the broker had uploaded them to the "credit report" bucket instead of "housing history".

  12. Yeah everything was uploaded to the portal. Had to send them screenshots, always sent the document they wanted.

  13. I’ve never ever ever seen an open house give away free food/drinks/etc where I live. I live in Florida.

  14. Floridaaaaaa. People just love Desantis.

  15. Yeah he’s a great governor! Will be voting for him again come November

  16. I left fla out on purpose because people move there for a couple of years and then move out because they can’t afford or actually find property insurance lol. I know a couple of families that moved from MI to FL and within 5 years they moved to GA and Tx. Less and less insurers do business in FL.

  17. Wrong. Property insurance is easy to find here. Just expect to pay a lot.

  18. Why? Here’s the thing, folks. Our government cucks aren’t going to do shit about fuck. The only way for legit public disclosure and proof of aliens to the NPCs of our human world, is for aliens to just do it already. I’m on my 9th beer already.

  19. They don’t want to interact with us? Then fuck em, because that’s why.

  20. Mayor Jane Castor gives all the money to police who just sit there
