  1. I don't think Peasants cared when Poland was split, some nobles moved, some stayed and some intergrated into the aristocracy, other than that, they still payed taxes to the same lords in a different coat. Also whats worse than German, Russian or Austrian ruling Poland? ANOTHER POLE! Locals will always be worse to their own than foreigners ever could be

  2. Peter the Great Forbade converting from the orthodox religion. So no. Russia was not tolerant as long as you paid your taxes

  3. Kacper Wilhelm II was a racist who hated slavs, mudered africans and left his family behind while fleeing from the revolutionaries in 1918 I dont see how he is a chad

  4. Lenin was evil sure but he improved the lives of people in Russia somewhat Nicolas did no such thing

  5. How did Lenin improve the quality of life? Arraging the Red Terror? arraging Prodrazvyorstka? (when the chekists were stealing all peasant's food leaving them starving to death). Signing peace with almost beaten up enemy? Destroying russian culture?

  6. I've seen drug dens with better living standards than the Empire. It's not hard to pass a bar when the bar is literally just sitting on the ground.

  7. True but there was a journalist who wrote that even in the worst slums of Petersburg the workers dont live in such bad conditions as workers in London factories do.

  8. I mean Be’lakor is an incredibly powerful Daemon Prince (especially in AoS and Old World) and chaos has always had a weird relationship with time.

  9. Why didnt Belakor rewind time when the polar Gates broke? Until he won and killed Aenarion and all the others

  10. Only in name the Swedish Riksdag detronized him and then his uncle became king in 1600

  11. “Are you the strongest because your the emperor, or are you the emperor because your the strongest”

  12. seeing as the origins of it stems from the 10th century.

  13. Guys the poster was published on 2 January 1941. It's not mocking the British 💀💀💀💀. It's a depiction of a new year (old year is a frail man and and a new year is a kid) running to the bomb shelter as the clock strikes midnight and a New Year begins it might be funny to some but it's just acknowleading that the New Year is also ,,affected by war" to show the scale. How could you possibly think it was mocking the british when the Battle of Britan was over for a few months as of relasing this 💀💀💀

  14. The drawing itself was drawn in 1940 and this can be seen in the caption to the drawing.

  15. Drawn in 1940 sure. But its referencing 1941 you can see it's written on the shirt of the kid

  16. Wait, trans people weren’t allowed to be baptized? was being trans a sin?

  17. Being Trans or Gay was never a sin according to the Bible. While some priests or even the Holy See might say so there is no actual basis to view someone who's part of LGBTQ as sinful. Because if it were a sin then god would also be a sinner (made us in his image right?)

  18. Trans people were never excluded by the Bible. They were of course excluded by the Catholics but the book did not say anything to make you belive that a trans person cant be baptized

  20. Brat myśli że lord Byron with the gang recytujący Iliadę powstańcom greckim którzy nawet nie rozumieją antycznej greki a wspierani są przez UK tylko z powodu giełdy to coś wartościowego. Come on bro. Romantyzm angielski nie był jakiś lepszy XDD

  21. Simple, I look at a book that says homosexuality is an abomination (Lev 20:13), slavery is ok (Ex 20:2), and we should totally kill infants (Ps 137:9) and I decide that that book shouldn't be deciding my morals for me

  22. About that In Ex 20:2 slavery is said to be evil. Egypt that Jews were saved from is described as the land of slavery.

  23. Perhaps I will decide not to base my morality on something so prone to contradictions, refutations, and mistranslations that nobody agrees what it really says

  24. Yes that is what I said it should not be the base and you should also use common sense it's not an all knowning book but rather a suggestion

  25. I get most of them but how is Pride even a sin? You should be allowed to be proud if you have done something noteworthy.

  26. Idk what is the english word but in polish you have ,,duma" and ,,pycha" duma meaning like pride but usually In a postive sense but ,,pycha" means like pride but with arrogance you think very highly of yourself usually with nothing to back it up while you can feel ,,duma" from your accomplishments or in that case sexuality. the word for a deadly sin is ,,pycha" because it is strictly negative
