  1. Could you imagine the depreciation of the land around it. People would lose their minds.

  2. That AMC next to it though is for lease if anyone wants a piece of the movie pie.

  3. I have a Rav4 Prime and I use it at night running. It's able to maintain itself in EV mode all night, it also gives me my AC/Heat. Plus there is a plug in in the back so you can have a small entertainment center hooked up if you want to.

  4. Experiment 626. "So it is a monster." "Hey, just a little one." (The car loan inspired the name)

  5. New Walmart layout. Not a whole new Walmart.

  6. It appears that all Walmart stores are slowly adopting a similar layout. I'm specifically referring to the Lima Rd. location. Household items are now placed in the back, baby products are located in the middle left back, and the shoe department has been combined with the clothing department. The narrower aisles and sign arrangements also resemble those of a Meijer store.

  7. Let's say you did put a down payment of $4k on a $15k vehicle and got a 36 month term on good credit. You'll be giving $350 to a lender each month for 3 years. Now let's say you just replaced the engine and decided to put back $350 each month for an emergency. Let's say the emergency on the vehicle happened a year later. You'll have $4,200 put back on this expense, or trade in and get a better vehicle. If you just put back $350 for 36 months and did a trade in with it - you'll have $12,600 plus what you get out of the vehicle. All in the process of not burning through another used car yet and ticking down the time to get another.

  8. I have Saturday work loading trucks with a pallet jack. Starting at 4am until we’re done, usually around 1-2 pm. Pay starts at 18/hr.

  9. I was pretty sure it would be something like fast food I'd have to do to get those accommodated hours per week. I was wondering as well which fast food place pays the most for a normal worker (I understand I can ask around, just trying to chat about it.)

  10. It's like a pocket PS2 with double the ram. Of course it's worth it!

  11. My OCD is satisfied that you rotated the logo on the PS3 but going haywire at the thought of all the future scratches on the white glossy part of the PS5.

  12. I get it, l just upgrade to a new color cover when all is said and done!

  13. It's good to be caught up for the new movie!

  14. Record using the recorder, then send it through the share function as an audio file. This is how I've bypassed the sensitivity of the built in one on Google messages.

  15. I'm so sorry for your pain! Go see a dermatologist for this. This will lead to permanent facial scars.

  16. My guy, just buy it and let it run it's life 😂

  17. Just giving a heads up - Those prices are really high for PS3 Games.

  18. You’re referring to the DC/DC converter recall. The rear cushion needs to be removed to access the component.

  19. Thank you. When I called they said that they "probably" won't need me to remove stuff from the back seats and back.

  20. Looking at the Rav4 Prime specifically for options like this, for long distance travel and camping etc. Can I ask you how this set up works for ya? Do you have any pics? How often do you find your engine turning on in room mode throughout the night?

  21. The engine doesn't turn on in my room mode. My room mode is only accessible through plugging in. I run on a Level 2 charger at night.

  22. I would say why ‘22 and no home but it seems like the set up works for you.

  23. A divorce situation has me living in a car. I ended up being the one with the car, while she ended up with the place (stability for the kids). To be honest, the shelter in town is like a crack haven, hotels are either expensive or ridden with bedbugs, and I just see this as an easy way to save up for a down faster.

  24. It's ridiculous that you can't even find it on the PlayStation Store.

  25. GTA IV is my favorite installment. The plot was great, and the city was phenomenal!

  26. Someone is already launching a solution to this:

  27. You understand exactly how you should respond. I'd also like to point out that they should only hold you on the side of the road for as long as it reasonably would take to solve the original issue you have been pulled over for (let's say a ticket for your light.) They cannot hold you until a drug dog comes, and if they are procrastinating to finish the ticket and are taking unreasonably long to do it for a drug dog that would violate your rights. This is why you asked if you are being detained, if they say no, you are free to leave. They have to have reasonable articulable suspicion to detain you.

  28. It's smart to know your rights. Premeditatedly understanding a police encounter is the key to not dealing with a bad police encounter. Too many cops overstep nowadays anyways. Most people don't fully understand their rights and give them up easily during an encounter because we are told to cooperate with everything is what's best.
