  1. Where's the "selling your data" revenue stream?

  2. Google doesn’t sell your data, they have no incentive to help their competitors. if anything they buy it.

  3. The solution is actually La Chancla. đź©´

  4. Seeing how many people are either looking for boosters on this Reddit, complaining about boosters, or disappointed with their boosters… you should sell these custom boosters ;-)

  5. I'd need to buy boosters or have them send in their boosters. And it's a really janky system, so I'd rather not do it for money.

  6. Man I can’t find boosters anywhere

  7. Brands don’t measure immediate ROI on ads.

  8. We are staying at The Disneyland Hotel! I wasn't sure if the characters dining meant it wasn't as fancy or not. Thank you!

  9. Tell them it’s your anniversary. I think you can mention in the notes when booking through the app. If not - let the concierge know when you check in (about the order you made in advance don’t wait - reservations disappear fast)

  10. I never saw it happen. Sometimes there is a little gift in the hotel rooms. Personally I only hear about it from others that they get something at a disney hotel, not in the parks

  11. We got a Mickey doll waiting for us one day.

  12. Dunno, this is a very well written ad. Would definitely have this dude write my ads if I could ;-)

  13. Is that you out it that way, Y2K was the end of the world. We just didn’t realize the end of the world takes about 50 years and doesn’t happen in one night lol

  14. Turn gay -> distribute explicit gay material online -> Profit. As long as you aren't ugly or bald or bald and ugly you should be able to make some money without the 80 (90) hour weeks but you still need to do pushups.

  15. Can I turn back straight after I get the money?

  16. I think most Americans want a 2 state solution and not for either side to commit atrocities (including genocide) against each other. Our culture just tends to side with the little guy more often, which in this case has been palenstine for decades.

  17. That’s part of the problem. Most americas basically wants the children in the Middle East to just “share and be quiet”, and tends to be harsh with the older brother regardless of “who started” because it’s his the eldest.

  18. Well, I can't think of the last time a US president actually delivered on a large campaign promise, let alone anything as large as the stuff in Project 2025. Trump's first campaign was mostly marked by complete incompetence (besides the supreme court pick, I think Biden had reversed the majority of Trump's changes by his first 100 days). The best argument against worrying about Project 2025 is that the US political system doesn't enable changes of that caliber to be possible

  19. I think there is disagreement here about what "incompetence" looks like. Frankly, all of these investigations and indictments against him, most of them pretty serious, are just signs of incompetence. Most of his cabinet members turned against him, his vice-president ran against him for president. As you listen to many of the people who worked closely with him, they pretty much all say that he is incompetent in one way or another. They actually made various attempts to control access to him, some more successful than others, because they know that he is easily influenced. You just need someone who knows how to pet his ego and he will change government policy.

  20. I disagree. I just think trying to assign competence or incompetence to him is missing the point.

  21. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dysrationalia

  22. Thanks for sharing this. Owe you a beer for this one. It seems like a new and useful framework to explain why otherwise intelligent people form difficult to defend beliefs. It is also enlightening that there doesn't seem to be a positive correlation between rationality and intelligence.

  23. Heh, you’ve described me exactly :-)

  24. They know they can’t rule in his favor so their tactic is delay.

  25. I am old enough to remember when this album came out, and I literally just realized it’s a play on Magic Kingdom. Wow I feel dumb. But also TIL!

  26. Work is scheduled for completion in spring 2025!

  27. Kineret. We’re alsmot neighbors.

  28. After 2 days in Paris you’ll either fall in love and want to stay, or feel like it’s overrated.

  29. Hop on the shuttle to the hotel and drop your bags off first rather than paying for something which is free. The shuttle to Sequoia probably will be about 10mins max and then you can walk back or get back on the shuttle.

  30. 10mins + the wait time for it, as it’s unlikely they get just when a shuttle is easy to leave.

  31. You keep using that word “consensus”, I don’t think it means what you think it means.

  32. Disclaimer: (1) I’m from israel. (2) I think israel is wrong - strategically and morally.

  33. Scott asked Fareed the same question on his podcast and Fareed gave him an excellent answer on this. He said at the end of the day, Japan was an ocean away and the USA wouldn’t really have to deal with the fallout if chose not to. Israel on the other hand has to live with the Palestinians. They can’t just walk away.

  34. I don’t understand - your argument is that it was ok for the U.S. to kill civilians while pursuing total surrender because… they didn’t have to deal with the aftermath?
