  1. Depends on if it’s peak, but waiting in line can be 30-40 minutes.

  2. Can you make one that looks like one of these wine bottle holders?

  3. That scene where she tries to tie up like 1/3 of her hair with the rest is still all poofy and sweaty and matted around her face makes me laugh.

  4. I don’t think that was entirely it—I think mentioning Disney finally got the rights to Alien and their Alien-featured ride closed shortly before that was an ironic aside for how much Eisner struggled to get something Alien in the park.

  5. Hmmm, from my personal experience, the Tokyo Disney Hotel is one of the older hotels and it does feel older. It has thin walls, so you can hear peoples footsteps outside the hall, in other rooms, and the above floors at all hours (but people usually go to bed early because... well, children at the park.) So I wouldn't go there if that sort of thing bothers you--it might be the same for any hotels in the area because... children at the park.

  6. I considered this as well with my armor (spring steel). The issue with ice packs is the condensation might rust the inside of your armor if it leaks through the cooling vest, or if it's too cold, you won't be able to adjust it easily every time because it's inside the armor and gives added weight you don't need. And as you are seeing, it might not last the entire time without a refrigerator. No one I know uses a wearable fan in their armor.

  7. Yes, they sell Ariel bubble wands and I've definitely seen kids using them.

  8. People who are not staying at the hotels are going to be camping in a line outside the park overnight just to be able to snatch up all the entry (ride) time slots as soon as the system is online. The Tokyo parks also sometimes open a little earlier for regular guests and they might do this on the day.

  9. Thanks for the video, that’s really helpful! I’m fine with paying for premiere access and fine with getting there early, but I definitely won’t be camping out overnight. Do you think if I get there a couple hours before opening I’ll be able to get into fantasy springs if I go straight for the premiere access passes, or is it not even worth attempting. Thanks again!

  10. There is definitely no harm in attempting, I totally would try it out if I was gonna be there anyway. Premier (paid) access DOES sell out, that's just a note that I'm making.

  11. I was trying to imply that special events with limited edition item on sale are going to be frothing with scalpers, Disneyana collectors, and people overwhelmed by crowds and therefore do not make for fun times to take the ol' annual family vacation lmao

  12. Ok that makes sense... is there a way to do this all by myself? Because the chest plate doesn't mount to anything and it goes UNDER the gambeson. So I have no idea how I'd assemble all of this and some how pull it over my head. Maybe its a two person job?

  13. There will definitely be a line of people camping with a lawn chair and a blanket outside the park after you leave.

  14. This is a page from Oriental Land Company's financial results briefing:

  15. It’s usually in April for Japanese companies, hence the release now.

  16. I’m so sad. Maybe we will get ours in Japan when Romulus releases in September.

  17. This is a page from Oriental Land Company's financial results briefing:

  18. Can you share the crowd chart? I’m not going until later in the year but this could be helpful.

  19. It's in Japanese, you might be able to Google translate the page. Take it with a grain of salt, especially if you aren't used to large crowds:

  20. I doubt White and Blue exist anymore. Overall park attendance is up year over year.

  21. I've been there for blue, but you're still looking at 20-30-minute lines. I'd say blue is a good indicator for a rainy day crowd where people go home early.

  22. Wow, legit far more detailed explanation than I ever expected to receive. Sounds pretty wild haha.

  23. I clarify because France actually has lightsaber fencing as an official competitive sport.

  24. Dating aside, where did you go for the light saber combat games? that sounds amazing!

  25. I’ll DM you. But your Japanese really gotta be up to snuff, I’d say at least N2 level.

  26. I'm surprised it isn't already, given that sakura season is over. Usually that stuff has a one-week-only shelf date.

  27. Idk why people stopped saying Twitter. It’s still Twitter.

  28. Not gonna lie. I had twitter, then deleted and wrote X because I'm so used to people calling it that now.

  29. Sounds like it'll be a cluster for a while with FS opening

  30. There are at least 15 vintage / second hand / used clothing stores within a 5 minute walk of my apartment (which is not in Koenji or Shimokitazawa). Japanese people already do this ?

  31. You never been inside a Mode Off?

  32. Damn, that was fast. Haven't been keeping up with all the "-Offs" lol There's like 14 types now.
