We’ll layer it in between the bud, make balls of wax and mash it with bud dripping it in the cone, smear it on the inside/out of the paper, its been endless and the highs are truly insane

For the OP i Personally found the fix after many tries and attempts the seceret is steam right click it go to properties in the compatibility tab go to and disable run this program in uncompatibility mode it should be windows 8 just uncheck the box and that's the fix enjoy! :)
