  1. Update: I ended up cancelling. Still losing weight! 28kg down now.

  2. FYI - I went to cancel after the 4 months and they did a teaser rate to continue - much cheaper. So I’m going to continue for a bit. I actually reached my goal weight but then gained a few pounds. So I want to get into the groove of maintenance.

  4. After a two month self imposed break to care for my mental health and NO lbs gained j slowly got myself back at it and this week I am on point! I’ve lost fifty lbs since February and would like to lose thirty more. Glad for the time off to give other parts of my life focus while keeping Noom in the background. Today and yesterday I stuck to my colors, got in 10K steps and have already seen the scale move down three numbers. Can’t wait to get into the 140s for the first time in seven years. Stay posted! Five lbs to go!

  9. Stop eating so much freaking food was my plan lol. I continued to hit the gym hard and made sure I ate protein and vegetables. I still partied on the weekends but I made sure to not eat more food then I need to

  10. Oh yeah, mindful eating really did the trick for me, too. I don't use my phone anymore when I'm having a meal, and that really gives me time to check on my satiety levels. I haven't worked out lately and I was looking for good strength training hehe.

  16. Hi! Celebrated my birthday on June 8th! I consumed 1690 calories. Normally, I eat 1200. Honestly, I thought I would have eaten more. I mean I had two slices of cake and ice cream, but I also just listened to my body. Am I just being gluttonous or am I still hungry?

  19. Ohhh really!! How is Noom? I was gonna sign up but it required a lot of info before signing up so I was like kinda hesitant. I did one year for Loseit and even if I kinda screwed up, I said to myself it was for the information so I can track and look back and learn from whatever made me slow down weight loss for example. It’s also great for breaking down automatically the nutrients you eat. I weigh myself every morning using a Bluetooth scale I got off amazon Renpho and it tracks my weight and fat and I put them into my Loseit app. It’s really helped me get good habits in place. Also I find watermelon speeds up weight loss almost overnight I don’t know why, and also rollerblading for an hour or so helps!! Once I gained the muscles for some of the stuff I was doing, now I find I’m losing more fat and keeping the muscle. I was plateaued for a while that I believe was body recomposition, and taking before after pics is really rewarding cause I can show my friends and myself proof of my success and I feel really happy about it. I told myself for my 30th birthday this year I was gonna give myself the body I have always wanted. I’m almost there, about 9 lbs till I’m at my goal weight. I also went whole food plant based which helped my digestion so much and I feel so much better... no more heartburn and I wake up early and I just don’t feel sluggish anymore. I also supplement with vegetarian iron (I’m a woman, so I was tired without it), B12 and vegan Omega oils.. I’m getting D3 in the mail soon so I hope that sees some good benefits too. But ya, CICO definitely helped me drop lbs right off the bat... I wouldn’t know if it’s CICO or WFPB that is the weight loss for me, but it’s both combined that is helping me feel really healthy and balanced. I think eating less processed junk and dairy (surprisingly cutting dairy made me feel so much better), is good for your body.

  20. Noom is great! I had such a bad relationship with food and it's just what I needed to build healthy habits. It was really surprising that I'm now a mindful eater, I never thought I would get to this point.
