The only ones I know for sure are 100% practical are the RHCSA/RHCE and OSCP, there are probably a good bit more from both Red Hat and Offensive Security but I'm unsure of that
I dont get it? It was a great looking game and its sprites stand up to the test of time. What's the joke? That it doesn't look as good as a AAA title from 2024?
The BMPs at night are nothing short of insane. The high beams are straight up inconsiderately bright, they’re fantastic for rural roads. Low beams are also great, angle them properly and you get great vision without blinding others.
Cybersecurity. The job field you’re describing is cybersecurity. There is always something new to learn, there are always people talking about it, there are plenty of places to meet people who are into it.
Seconded. Cybersec is awesome and a lot of the CTFs and training has been gamified. It's fun to use my computer knowledge to learn and compete. Fun hands-on projects to keep me occupied, even simple stuff like building a pwnagotchi. (kinda meh hacking tool, but a fun project to learn about wireless communication)
I watched a Storm Silver/Sacred Gold stream and it was wild just how more complex the game is when you do something as simple as give every gym leader a full team. And maybe a move or two to counter their gyms' weaknesses so you don't sweep with one type advantage.
Oh, the poor souls I was talking about did that, albeit with some relaxed rules. They were not ready. I remember a random trainer north of Goldenrod had a Farfetch'd that just absolutely murdered their entire team.
Definitely earned yourself a follow from me. Your style/skills are just phenomenal. Your recipe is very similar to the one I've been tinkering with, only my WB is usually set to ~6600K (for outdoors) -1R/-3B.
Favorite spots: I live in the Hudson Valley so a nice day trip to NYC for a photo-walk is one of my favorite weekend activities. Lots of good hiking in the area as well. Southern Manhattan in general is probably my favorite. Tons of good shot possibilities around WTC/Ground Zero. Brooklyn, Queens, the possibilities are endless. I get off at Grand Central, pick a direction, and walk.
Is the latch on the filler nozzle a thing in the US? Up here in Canada the stations I go to have it, so I just activate the pump with the app, start filling then get back into the car, and get back out to hang the hose when I hear it click.
As someone who does both, I prefer the freelance stuff. Currently working a regular job, but I still freelance on the side to keep stuff interesting. (Normal corporate IT guy by day, freelance cybersec by night. I am like a much more boring Mr. Robot)
I got officially diagnosed with and prescribed meds for my ADHD yesterday and I never even considered my sleep an issue until my doc said he was going to schedule a sleep study.
Elden Ring was an amazing experience for me and one of my favorite games ever, but I can't get far in a new game. I never really got good, I just powered through the game, and now I'm unmotivated to do that again.
Fun to see people with same kinda autism as me who needs all the accessories for their special interests. Almost all of my cameras I buy all the bobs and whistles
Nice work on accomplishing 8-9 Chin-Up reps! That's well done! For you, I would actually NOT suggest using Bands. The reason is that if you do, you could detrain your Chin-Ups and lose performance there.
Also in general rings are awesome if OP doesn't have them already. Best investment I've ever made. Ring exercises are just plain fun. (and humbling lol)

HackTheBox’s certs are also practical exams, CPTS, CWEE, etc.

I think it's a reference to the Super Mario World shitpost, that itself was in response to a different post.
V Dub! Representing Deutschland!

The low beams are amazing, but yeah definitely adjust them properly. Kind of a pain, but they are dickishly bright otherwise.

Nuzlocking a Drayano hack blind is an experience.

I know exactly which Farfetch’d you’re talking about lmao

Empress is nuttier than squirrel shit though. Never know if she's gonna crack a game or go on a 200 word rant about God knows what.
The amount of people that are super skilled but also absolutely insane in the InfoSec field is kinda hilarious.
In any field tbh. Look at the biggest athletes in the world as an example.
True, there are oddballs in every field, but some fields definitely have more than others.

Zelda, Tears of the Kingdom. THere are so many fun methods of traversal.
Why use horses when you can play Hyrule Space Program instead

The latch is a thing in most states, but not all.

Do I have to include the damn or is it optional?
Replace with the expletive of your choice
It just looks so.... boring. To me at least. Especially compared to No Man's Sky or Elite Dangerous.
No Man’s Sky was the redemption arc of the century

tbf, the American War of Independance also didn't have the confederacy.
My mind not stopping when I should go to sleep. Been operating on 4-5 hours of sleep for years due to it.
I got officially diagnosed with and prescribed meds for my ADHD yesterday and I never even considered my sleep an issue until my doc said he was going to schedule a sleep study.
Heavy circle make sad voice go away
In office, brain loud, man sad.
It's not a childhood thing for most people. Some games still do offer that sense of wonder.
Elden Ring comes to mind for me, once I got past the whole ‘get your face caved in until you figure it out’ phase.
Elden Ring was an amazing experience for me and one of my favorite games ever, but I can't get far in a new game. I never really got good, I just powered through the game, and now I'm unmotivated to do that again.
My first playthrough I did a Dex/Faith build, this time I grabbed the Greatsword and I’m doing full unga bunga bonk build.
I like being really stupid as well as stupidly strong, makes for some really fun interactions
Why say lot word when bonk stick do trick
My man what have you done to Tolfdir
Wizard by day, hair-care specialist by night

Unfortunately for me being hyperfixated on both cars and photography means that I am eternally broke.

So they are depreased because they have SAD?
The northern winter quite literally gives them the big SAD
If I had a Golf R with a tune I sure as hell would launch the hell out of it. Must scoot pretty damn fast.
Even just at stage one a Golf R can do 0-60 in the high 3 second range. That little EA888 is no joke.
