  1. Sounds like this company is gonna milk windstream dry and get sold off

  2. Windstream (Kinetic) is absolutely eating Comcast alive in my area. Very very happy with their service.

  3. I guess the ps5 version of the game just utilizes the ssd well I’m not sure why it was so fast

  4. The PS5’s SSD is also much faster than most NVME SSDs in gaming PCs. With that said, that loading screen wasn’t really that fast. Old consoles must be REALLY slow to load.

  5. I played ps4 originally and the load times weren't great but that was 8 years ago. I booted it up on pc about 6 months ago after a skyrim binge. Load times are abysmal, faster than ps4 but considering I'm using 2 year old hardware on a 8 year old game it's shocking. Maybe I need to have a go over my PC. Could be something choking things if that above was a slow load time for most. I'm here avoiding going In buildings 😅.

  6. Mods can dramatically insanely stupidly impact load times. Generally if you have a decent CPU, a gen3 NVME SSD, and enough ram it will be quick.

  7. thank you! they are euro tail reps off ebay by a company called VLAND. it took a long time poking around forums to get the sequential turn signals to work on my 7.5, but it seems much easier to do with a mk7. if you decide to get some and want the sequentials coding/wiring for OBD11 lmk and i’ll happily provide!

  8. Do you have them tinted? The VLAND and BMP ones look OEM, or so I thought. I have the BMP 7.5 headlights in my MK7 and can’t praise them enough

  9. Dust palace strike just brought me all the way back, sheesh.

  10. I can’t tell you how long I was grinding for the Flayer cloaks

  11. Gets who more for their money? The wheel hop alone is a huge deterrent. The magna/awd is necessary for me in winter (although the gti is good) the 8 R is on a totally different level. You can also unlock much superior lighting that I don’t believe you can on the GTI. Lots of benefits. Virtually no understeer in the R this year as well. People need to drive the 8….it’s head and shoulders different/better than previous gens with the haldex

  12. I’m more so talking about used value. You can find used 7/7.5 GTIs for very cheap considering what you get. The R holds more value secondhand.

  13. What car would you spend 50 grand on? And the wheel hop is at lower speed not just launches. It’s a problem for powerful fwd’s

  14. "Please replace these components if use causes fatal damage: HEAT SINK. MAGAZINE. OPERATOR" - Ice Breaker

  15. I believe the needing to leave it unplugged a while is a known issue and UI is replacing those units. Can't hurt to reach out and see what they say.

  16. They’re replacing them even though the base UDM is long out of warranty?

  17. Right click on the game in steam, set to only update on launch, and then never launch the game through steam. You just use the F4SE shortcut.

  18. It’s really only feasible (as far as I know) if you’re doing a modded playthrough that uses the Fallout 4 Script Extender. You’d know if you were, because the script extender has its own .exe that launches the game.

  19. Which generation did you have? I have a MK7, without the performance pack diff, and there’s not really any torque steer.

  20. Not sure about that, a lot of them are heavy hitters. Recluse is arguably a sidegrade from Funnelweb depending on play style, but it’s definitely solid. Elsie’s could have a case made as the best legendary pulse in the game. Guillotine is comparable to the Slammer. Hung Jury is very solid, the only real downside to it is that you can already get elsewhere, but Brave’s can be enhanced.

  21. It’s a difficult installation. The cluster alone is about $2000 USD. There are knockoff options like ones from AliExpress, but it’s something you can instantly tell the quality difference with. The non-OEM ones look pretty bad.

  22. Doing research to do this on my car and found this post. What tools did you need for this?

  23. Let me begin by apologizing for the wall of text, but it is good info. Also, it’s going to sound kinda like shit, but “ok shit” (my SOs words) until you program it. Better than stock (IMO) but FAR from its potential. The whole job took me about 3 hours. Might take me an hour and a half with the experience now.

  24. Thanks! Im still a little partial I really liked the look of the LP lights.

  25. BMP does sell the MK7 LP style. You could return them…. I myself went for the 7.5 LP style on my MK7, but I would have considered the MK7 style had I known they had them before I ordered lol

  26. Cool, was thinking about this since I have LP lights. I am leaning towards retrofitting the LP lights and putting in better projectors.

  27. The BMPs at night are nothing short of insane. The high beams are straight up inconsiderately bright, they’re fantastic for rural roads. Low beams are also great, angle them properly and you get great vision without blinding others.

  28. Canon camera used to have this scheme (maybe still do) where if your camera died out of warranty (even accidental damage) they would give you a discount off their refurbished cameras to keep you in the brand. It would be nice if framework did something similar for instances like yours, maybe 15% off replacement parts if you ship in the broken motherboard.

  29. Dyson has something similar as well. Took an ~8 year old DC65 Animal to their repair center, the tech actually talked me out of repairing and gave me a ~70% discount to trade it in on the highest end model, the Animal 3 Complete.

  30. I don’t think that lawsuit is the reason for these nor will it be dropped after these changes

  31. The case went to arbitration which means we won’t know when/if the case ends, or its outcome. This very well could be part of the settlement but we won’t and can’t know for sure.

  32. I mean, even that had me thinking of how any grease-handed bastard in FO4 will swipe your power armor if you leave it there with a core installed. Seemed fitting.

  33. Fatebreaker was relatively easy, but I had done the raid 100s of times in D1 and did the seal as soon as possible after the D2 launch with a group that also had done it many many times in D1. There were one or two triumphs for the later encounters which took a few tries, but it wasn’t terrible.

  34. The Borealis ornament for this was so sick, wish I had two people to refer to get it. Kinda considered just buying two accounts to get it at that time

  35. Vision of confluence is another scout that was very popular in destiny 1 that’s already in d2 and hasn’t been reissued a bunch of times.

  36. VoC is one of my all time favorite weapons, really would have been awesome if they put it in Brave, especially considering how far they’re pushing the perk pools.

  37. I have a few scraped infinite holos on my printstream and love it, quite a few people in game have liked it as well

  38. Andretti would have a spare chassis

  39. Price seems a few thousand high for a car with an accident on record.

  40. Upper timing cover is about a 1-2 hour job (depending on your skill and speed) and under $100 from FCP Euro. Someone recently here said they paid about $400 for it to be done at a shop.

  41. Yes, this is what I flushed my 1st gen 3 with at around 155,000 miles.

  42. Yes I had the entire cover, both camshaft gaskets, and the timing cover gasket replaced. Had it done at a reputable indy shop for ~$350.

  43. For what it’s worth, mine has been leaking for a bit and it does not seem to make any meaningful impact on the oil level.
