  1. I’m at 80k. I want to post weekly or twice a week and not sure if I’ll be able to keep up.

  2. You need to speak to an accountant, they're the profession that is best equipped to investigate this. A solicitor or general legal advice won't really be a lot of help here. An accountant can get appointed with HMRC and check with them whether you've been included in a payroll, CIS report or whether nothing has been done properly here.

  3. If you’re invoicing them and are not receiving a payslip, then you are acting as if you are self-employed, and are therefore responsible for registering for self-assessment with HMRC and paying the tax on your earnings.

  4. Will there be legal repercussions for me or will it just be a case of paying what I owe?

  5. How frequently is this coming up? I'm sure there's a macro way, but if this is a one time thing, you could also just sort by column G and delete all the 0s in one fell swoop.

  6. Yeah, I can. I was just curious as I’m trying to learn more about Macro’s uses. If you record it, then you’ll just be deleting specific rows, no? The positions of the rows I want deleted move and vary in number every time. It won’t work will it?

  7. Yup, recording isn’t gonna work here. You will have to learn the VBA language, then it’s gonna be a pretty simple cycle to write.

  8. Thanks a lot! I’ll check them out :)

  9. I have been using Excel to do Worldbuilding for a project for quite a while.

  10. Might be a stupid question but what’s a UserForm?

  11. It’s empty because I’m deleting it

  12. There is always a cell A1. If you delete one, Excel's assignment of cell addresses will be changed and there will be a new cell A1.

  13. The answer is in the title, use conditional formatting with a formule. The formula depends on wich column the "No" is in.

  14. Just no. Answer a call and grab the phone by yourself. During normal working hours ist definitely acceptable to call someone or get called and answer it. It is part of the job and it is much more efficient and direct for information exchange.

  15. Idk why you’re getting downvoted mate 😂 Speaking the truth.

  16. I think that ignoring communication =/= not picking up random Teams calls. A lot of comments on this thread have offered up valid reasons as to why they dislike this - they’re in the bathroom, getting coffee, whatever. I also think people tend to attack remote workers for this when in-office, people are also often away from their desks chatting with coworkers or screwing around. If the staff is flat out not showing up to meetings, refusing to have calls at all, then that’s not ok and not doing their job.

  17. Yeah, I agree to all of that 👍 But I see it as: If you’re not available (i.e, in the bathroom, getting water…) then it’s okay not to answer. You’re never going to be available 100% of the time whether it be wfh or in the office. These are things that you’d do in the office too. Just simply give them a call back when you can.

  18. It's actually illegal not to have a dusty garage full of birds in Malta

  19. 😂 I thought my Nannu was the only one 😂

  20. Update us if you decide to attend haha

  21. We say 'Evviv/a' . It's pronounced exactly as it looks like with a double v sound.

  22. Ooooo I hadn’t even thought to check the dialect differences. Good tip!

  23. I’m British and I didn’t know that lol, thanks everyone!

  24. John Paul Gaultier, Le Male aftershave is so good. Even though I’m a woman I spray it on any time I’m in the airport etc. I like the JPG women’s perfume but it’s not as nice and gives me headaches.

  25. Is that the black, gold or green bottle?
