  1. Yup I took both medications and haven’t had a flair up in years. Eventually tapered off the colch

  2. Bro you will get through this. I’ve been there

  3. Sometimes I think we’re all getting trolled

  4. Sober life is a beautifully fulfilling life! Keep with it. Early sobriety can be tough just like getting into fitness but the more we do it the better things get!! I came to the sub in 2021 and thought I’d never be happy or in shape. Today I’m extremely happy and getting into the best shape of my life at 39 years old. Just simplify things and take it one day at a time. Stay strong!!

  5. Have you tried thrusting while you lay, or standing and letting her go down on you? Maybe it is a control thing.

  6. Good work my dude! I went through a divorce and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. She was also seeing someone else it hurts, I remember not having an appetite for months. I’d do 3 day water fasts like it was going out of style haha. Let me just say, TIME heals!! You keep doing the right things for yourself and good things will come!! Stay true bro! I’m the happiest I’ve been in a very long time. Been divorced since 2020. Stay strong bro!

  7. sorry to hear that bro ☹️ i can feel with you, even when time passed by already, it still takes time to heal. Waterfasting is not bad, it keeps you hydrated when you are not hungry. I'm glad to hear that time can heal you, we have to see everything as an opportunity, she left me for an other guy, the other guy is now gaining weight while i become the best version of myself. Same with your ex, you are free and the other one has probably now to deal with her moods 😅

  8. Very true my friend!! I’m becoming the best version of myself. Every day is different but I live happier and healthier. There’s no wasted time so long as we learn from our past

  9. So I’m just focusing on hitting calories and macros every single day (including weekends which has always been a struggle in the past) - 2k cals per day (Im sedentary during the day) around 150g protein, 250g carbs and 50g fat. Majority of my days look like this;

  10. Condolences bro but damn I’m glad you found a positive outlet!! Keep powering through my guy!! Trying to get in the shape you’re at! Inspiring!

  11. Wow amazing! You look great!! 18:6? 20:4?

  12. Congrats on pregnancy and sobriety!! You’re setting yourself up for a proper approach to motherhood! I hope you stay with and the pregnancy goes swiftly! Wishing you the best

  13. Thanks!! I suffer from borderline personality disorder and other mental illnesses but I’m finally medicated and I see such a difference in myself. And the people I have around me notice it too! I have a 9 year old that lives with my mom and I feel like the baby I’m pregnant with accidentally saved my life ya know? It gives me a chance to build a better relationship with my older daughter and be a good mom to the one on the way. I’m not working currently so I’m taking parenting classes to earn some baby essentials. studying to take my ged next month and start school for the 2 year nursing program in august. For once I actually believe in myself!

  14. The early sobriety munchies are real. I would wake up in the middle of the night and devour sweets. I always start sobriety with the simple fact that I’m not drinking alcohol and that at some point I will address the eating habits. I think it’s important to just get away from the booze, with time you’ll find new goals and eating habits can be one. I usually gain a few lbs then make a choice to work on diet, gym, rest/recovery once I’m comfortable and some cravings have subsided. I always like to go for a nice walk after I eat “junk” or a big meal. I also substituted flavored sparkling water for soda. Now I just give myself one day of the week to have whatever food/non alcoholic beverages I want (in moderation)

  15. Was looking for summer tunes and popped on Good Nature lol such a great album

  16. If you haven’t heard any of their other albums they’re great. Peripheral Vision is a 10/10 emo indie rock album but their more shoegazey stuff is still cool and fun.

  17. Nah you’re just super high fam

  18. Strawberry starburst C4 is the 🐐

  19. Sour patch blue raspberry fuckkkks

  20. I’ve kinda strayed away from them. Was into them up until City of Evil (early 20s) now I’m almost 40 and really enjoy this album. There’s something about these dudes making music they wanna make and just enjoying the stage now. They aren’t dressing the part anymore and just having fun. Very cool to see

  21. Was getting ready for my 21st bday in Vegas and they happen to drop bay country a few days before!! Great memories and the first shift of their sound was in full effect!

  22. Mattel was initially my favorite track but ordinary now claims that spot for me. Album grew quickly on me. I’m a fan of these guys changing it up and going in an inspired direction of artists that they grew up with and enjoy.

  23. Man needs a healthy diet and some vitamins
