  1. You need Better air exchange if you are having heat issues.

  2. Sorry should have included my actual light. I think it’s the 300 watt ts Mars hydro light. I’ve got a 4 inch extraction fan running at 100% and it’s just not enough to extract all the heat from the light

  3. So invest in a 6inch instead of another light would be my advice

  4. Make sure you’re not going too heavy handed on the nutes

  5. I did just bump up the nutes so maybe that was it. It was only nitrogen though so i would think the leaves would be darker

  6. Eg. how much light? Watering practices? How old is the plant? What ph, ec and ppm? What genetics?

  7. Plant is a clone of a clone. It’s probably 1 year from seed. Those clones are probably 1.5 months old. The light is a 300w mars hydro running at 70%. No idea on the genetics. The guy I got it off called it the rapist lol.

  8. Sacred seeds. Based in qld. Great new seed farm.

  9. Did you know that you don't have to use nutes that stain your roots the same color as root disease? I'm only asking because it seems like nobody knows this.

  10. I know this now but this was my first time buying hydro nutes unfortunately

  11. As far as I can tell they’re still locked out. They’re drinking heaps of water but as the water level goes down the ec goes up. I assum this is because they’re locked out? Still yellowing leaves near the top of the plant.

  12. Forgot to mention ph is sitting at 5.5-5.8

  13. Ditch the bottle and put reflective insulation on the top and the sides of the bucket if you’re having temp issues. Also don’t have the air pump in the tent if it is.

  14. Temps are 28-30 outside the tent unfortunately so even with beneficial bacteria I don’t think that’s really an option. Before I put the bottles in my roots were just rotting and fucked

  15. Water temps increase dissolved oxygen decreases even with an air pump this can lead to lock out

  16. I see. That makes sense if it keeps getting worse I’ll grab a bigger bucket and see how it goes

  17. Yeah sorry. Canna aqua Vega a+b, canna cal mag, and silica

  18. Sounds like you have it under control are you watching ph and ec or just winging it? Those are the 2 things that can trip you up real quick with dwc

  19. Yeah measuring ec. This one was around 1.2 so I’ve increased the nutes as well as adjusting PH

  20. Forgot to add. It seems to have started from/ be worst at the top of the plant

  21. I’d definitely look into SAGFF or Hydroguard

  22. Unfortunately I can’t get either of those in my country as far as I’m aware

  23. Water temps are around 25-28 usually. I might give additional bennies a try I’m trying to avoid buying a chiller due to the price

  24. Roots look okay but the plant is stretchy. Also no point using myco in dwc.

  25. Yeah it’s a clone I got from a friend and I got her like that, once the roots thicken I’m gonna top her and hope she thickens up.

  26. That’s what I was thinking too. Google says soak some banana peels then water with the banana water. Is that a good idea?

  27. Gay that looks like them. Will neem oil help?

  28. what is the relative humidity? Mine look the same when it's too low.

  29. Rh is at 50% so I think that should be okay?

  30. Is it drooping all the time or only close to lights out time?

  31. Yeah all the time. Right now they’re drooping and lights have been on for about 6 hours

  32. Anything from mesiseedman is white lable trash. They are ILGM, i suggest stay away from them. Try 7eastgenetics.

  33. My main concern with ordering international is getting it through customs though. Ive heard most don’t make it

  34. Ppl on Reddit go crazy waiting for harvest or anything they can cram in a pipe. It's stupid to me.

  35. This was a joke lol. Don’t try smoke anything like it’s crack.. unless it is crack

  36. Did they guy put a trip killer in ur bag aswell? Thats some customer care 😂😂😂

  37. 5mg Valium would be a pretty shit trip killer lol

  38. Have you grown DWC before? What's the growth now vs what it's supposed to be?

  39. Nah first time growing DWC but it’s growing slower than other times where I’ve grown in soil. From what I’ve heard it should be faster?

  40. Water temperature is one of the most important things for dwc. You keeping that measured? Want 18-22c 24/7

  41. Yeah it’s pretty much always sitting around 22c

  42. I’m trying dwc for the first time and I’m having some issues. The growth on the plant seems really slow and the bottom leaves died off.

  43. If the nutrient solution is 25 degrees as well you are going to have problems. Shouldn't let it get over 22 or you are asking for root rot especially if any light is hitting the root zone.

  44. Nah it’s 25 in the tent but the nutrients sit around 20-22

  45. Looks hungry to me, week 5 is close to peak metabolism. It's not going to start the senescence fade till it's getting ready to die. And that's more leaf discoloration than nutrient deficiency pattern which this is

  46. That’s what I’m thinking too but the purple on the leaves was throwing me off. I reckon I was giving too much nutes in soil now there’s salts in the soil causing PH to rise. I’ll flush then go back to half strength

  47. Honestly I forgot when I flipped haha. But I pollinated them so all the pistils are already brown and they’ve puffed out more then they would

  48. A pollinated pistil will start to shrivel pretty fast once it's done the job of moving the dna down to the ovary. Those look perky - when did you blow the pollen over them?

  49. It was about 24 hours ago. I did notice that some of the pistils on the top that I sprinkled it on are more shrivelled than the others

  50. That's what you're looking for - each one will probably produce a seed. For the record, you want to fan the pollen very gently to throw it about to get more coverage than by dropping it?

  51. Ahh okay. Thanks for the info. I was just making it up as I went along coz I noticed that even though they popped I couldn’t see pollen anywhere
