  1. Mega millions is getting up there, sure would be a shame if we used it to DRS

  2. I am just putting this out here again. As a GME HOLDER I do not care about the constant pursuit of higher and higher profits every damn quarter. This leads to stagnation and no ability to innovate. This is the way Capitalism currently works and it fucking sucks.

  3. Having started with an entry level diamond infinite edge pro, and then going to a flagship bow(Mathews VXR), it is a night and day difference as far as experience and feel. For 90% of people, myself probably included, the gear is not going to be the limiting factor, so most people will do just fine with an entry or mid level bow depending on what you’re buying it for. I shoot my bow year round and much more during the spring and summer than during hunting season so the extra money for a flagship was worth it in my use case. If you wanna pull it out for hunting season and shoot a couple deer a year, I would suggest an old flagship or a mid level.

  4. Good work, I used to hunt proud lake back in the day. Always wondered about Brighton but never tried it.

  5. If you can get on sleeth, there’s some fields on the east end of the road. It’s pressured pretty good. There is a river back there with some swamp ground with deer in it. I’ve also had luck right off wixom trail across from the entrance to the pond (right past the river). Never took any deer off of there but have seen them a few times. Best of luck to you.

  6. Congrats man, it took me 10 years of archery hunting to get my first bow deer/buck. I have an uncle who pretty much taught me everything I know about hunting. I had always passed on smaller bucks in Michigan hoping to get a decent first buck. One year (2020) he called me the afternoon of bow opener and said you shoot the first damn buck you see. Not 2 hours later I had a 7 point on the ground. It’s not about the size of the deer, it’s about the story that goes with it. Put that thing on the wall and enjoy the memory. Congrats 🍻

  7. I hope your luck changes! Ruts just getting kicked off here. New bucks will be coming through and you might get surprised.

  8. Mid Michigan, there’s some decent ones around but it’s hard for them to get past 2 where I’m at

  9. The problem is the neighbors do kill them, I see it every year lol. Bucks I have on camera dead on opening day and in bow season. They’re all 20, 40, 80 acre parcels by me so the deer don’t stick on one property. It’s tough man, but I have a couple 3 year olds on camera this year. Getting up tomorrow night to get after them, looking forward to it.

  10. They say you can with a fixed blade. I’d practice it once or twice first

  11. Yep. I've shot 4-5 deer through a mesh window blind with both fixed and mechanical heads. Never had an issue with flight, though most have been within 10 yards of the blind

  12. Yeah I have a mock scrape at 15 yards. Not shooting much further than that! Good luck!!

  13. Update, it’s not what I thought. My yahoo app was lagging. Back to work.

  14. The next earnings beat +$0.14 is my guess, someone come back to me in December to prove me right
