  1. That’s a good stick, obviously. He’s getting all the good stickness out of that good stick.

  2. Mine does this with flies. We know she does it cause she only eats the insides and discards their skins, just like she does with grapes 😭

  3. I’m sure your bird is a sweetie but… ::shudder:: lol

  4. Thank you for the reply! I will definitely look up the juvederm filler. Thank God for invisalign. I used to have a huge gap in my front teeth, but Thank you for the compliment.

  5. Please read the giant comment thread on here about the migrating filler nightmare someone else is going through. I’d hate to see it happen to you.

  6. Aw man. Your smile has SO much character. It’s warm and safe.

  7. I was simply trying to describe who I was. None of what you describe occurred to me in the slightest. Really don't feel like I earned that attack.

  8. You realize that Spain is a country in Europe, right? And that some people in Latin America have only Spanish ancestry?

  9. Yes, I've spent time there. THE POINT IS I was describing myself and said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about where Spanish-speaking people came from. Stop inventing a fight.

  10. I think the key might be what you said in your intro—make friends and introduce her to the bird. If she grows to love it, it might bug her less or not at all. (You might just have to put up with her coming to visit instead, lol.)

  11. No advice to offer, but that’s the sweetest picture ever. 😍

  12. Hello, fellow city night wanderer. I do the same. I find it’s relaxing.

  13. Yay for night walks around Burbank! A rare place in LA where even solitary women feel pretty darn safe (or can, in my opinion.)

  14. That man was probably schizophrenic which is somewhat common in homeless people. It’s hard for them to keep jobs and they end up on the streets. It’s sad.

  15. Yeah, that’s likely the truth of it, which makes me feel shitty for having posted this, really.

  16. I wasn’t trying to shame you. I just work in mental health so I see it a lot. A lot of people aren’t really aware of it. 🫂

  17. Thanks. I didn’t get a shaming vibe from you at all, really. Just my own personal critic reminding me that I’m no stranger to mental…variances, and that maybe I shouldn’t have set this guy up on the web for a punching down. Still, it’s unlikely he’ll ever know, I guess. (And hey, he did start it, lol)

  18. Does anyone know if Mick is done with this universe? I can't find anything online about it but is bad actors the last book?

  19. I can’t remember where I read it (will come back and post if I find it) but I feel sure I read in passing that book 9 was close to being wrapped up. And I don’t know how old the article I read was, so that could even be old news.

  20. Never set foot in City Hall or the Burbank Museum.

  21. Re: ADHD - I was just talking with my therapist about this today, and she said it was a life-changing difference for her ADHD. She said her brain ran way too fast and she felt everything far too much, and Celexa made everything slow down and chill out and be manageable. So I haven't taken it myself, but I've heard from her multiple times that it turned her around, when her primary symptom was the ADHD.

  22. Well, I do know the woman on the right is Brittany Murphy, an actress who was doing well until she died under shady circumstances. I'll hit IMDb and see what I get.

  23. Thank you! I had the same problems! Although I mostly thought of it as sweating--just stupid cold sweats in particular situations, like lying in bed or on the couch. I've often had a problem with getting hot on surfaces like beds and couches that don't allow for circulation large parts of your body, and this made it leap into action. I also had some noticeable stomach upset. But the good news is, for me it seems to have passed, and it didn't take very long to happen, but then, I have a history of getting used to medication more quickly than average. So there's hope it will pass for you too.

  24. How can cows have such huge heads but such teeny eyes? Lol

  25. Was on summer holiday in the 80s, visiting my ne’er do well cousins in Grande Prarie, Alberta.

  26. WOW that is a story, and well-written. I often marvel that we have so many successfully grown men around when teen/tween boys are this reliably stupid.

  27. gifs that end too soon, I needed to see more of that adorable prancing bull

  28. “Happier than it should”? Idk, I’d say it should make anybody pretty dang happy! 😊🦜

  29. When you click in the select cell, press esc until you see the blue highlight of the cell. Then ctrl+c for copy. Now you can hold the shift key and press the down arrow to select multiple consecutive cells then ctrl+v to paste.

  30. You are a stranger and yet, for your answer I love you. Many thanks!

  31. See, I'll tell you even more why you need to stay here no matter what happens--people who can make connections with animals are special. With humans running roughshod over this planet and ruining anything that doesn't line their wallets, we need to be here to protect critters, in big *and* little ways. Which means that it's not just this birb who keeps you here. As your life goes on, there's always another one out there who needs the special kind of connection you can provide. Or maybe a different kind of critter, or maybe multiple ones. The birbs need us, the birb lovers. We have to stay here through our entire birb-loving Earth assignment.

  32. As expected from AI and the Carlin jokes, it's a poor imitation. But, Mitch is dead and gone, so it's all we have once we binge all of his material (including "Los Enchiladas!"). Some of these are halfway decent and sound like something he could have said. Thanks for trying. I know you meant well.

  33. Wait, what’s “Los Enchiladas”? Did I miss something? Please tell me I did!

  34. I hate to say it, but I’m down with the memory foam joke. I wonder which real comedian AI stole it from. 😅
