I worked at Lucky's (a Primanti Bros rip off sandwich shop) in Chicago when Adam Richmond from Man Vs Food did our "eat 3 sandwiches in an hour" challenge. If I recall correctly it was one of the first episodes (i think the first) they filmed although it filmed in the back half of Season 1.
Paramount has released some of the most impressive 4k discs out there (Indiana Jones, the Ten Commandments, it’s a wonderful life), clearly they’re not dumb. Yes they have had some stinkers and underwhelming discs as well. It seems like each release they flip a coin as to whether it’s going to be good or not, but they’re certainly not dumb.
Disney had nothing to do with the first 4 Indiana Jones 4ks, that was all paramount as they retain control over those films. The remaster was done and released by them in 2021, 2 years before Indy 5 happened. If they were Disney 4ks, they’d look nowhere near as good as they do. Disney is worse than paramount.
It’s not on any platform. Let’s not assume the worst. They’ve had noted issues with the patreon feed within the past month. It’s more likely technical issues
It's so disheartening, it really makes you want to give up, pack up, and live somewhere that takes street safety and public transit seriously, but how many of these places exist in North America?
MLB was super early to streaming & because of that they basically had to buy some technology to make MLB.tv work in the early days. Up until recently they were actually still making a ton of money from licensing the software they owned (I believe they finally sold it).
Glad it worked for you! I usually use it when I see a headline and want to check the article out/share with someone. No paywall but no pictures either.
I just wish we could have them in the newly released PressReader app. That’s the best experience I’ve had on mobile reading the news outside of Apple News

Damn I loved Luckys. Friday nights were popping! Went back last summer and that whole neighborhood is gone. Sad
Try a rougelike
That’s the death signal. If they’re that new contact Bose
Best part about Spotify is integration with other streaming apps. I just use my phone or watch to control what’s playing
Phil has delivered zero blockbuster hits in this generation. He should be the one getting the boot
Forza horizon 5 won ign game of the year

You sure Indy isn’t Disney with a paramount logo just slapped on there?

Disney owns Lucasfilm which produced the movie. Paramount merely distributed
Years ago I worked on a Sony series. One stipulation was that the show had to shoot on Sony cameras.
Taylor Swifts videos were shot on Sony cameras when she was the camera ambassador. She peddled little point and shoots not cinema cameras 🤪
The US government has already ways to track you. Your credit card/banks, cell phone companies records, toll roads etc.
They don’t have a social credit score that goes down when you jay walk
Yeah but we do have a social credit score that goes down if you successfully pay off your loans too well so make of that what you will
That’s not a social credit score.

We also already have a card from Wreck it Ralph, so we're getting closer.
Wreck it Ralph is Disney not Pixar
Oooffff

Not many. Or ones that aren’t convenient if you aren’t satellite
When has cinema been challenged before?
No one ever thought anyone would leave the house to see something when television was invented
The mask problem can be solved by denying entry to masked people per se.
Oh so you’re one of those…
Do they test for THC? I'll be apart time bus driver fuck it. Car free 3 yrs strong
Yes it’s a commercial license
I found the Apple pan because of the pod. Great classic burgers
After playing Dishonored and Deathloop it hurts to see how much of a failure Redfall was for Arkane.
It was Arkane Houston not the regular developers. So different people from deathloop and dishonored. These guys did the 2017 prey

MLB sold the majority to Disney in 2017 so they could build Disney+. Disney finally purchased the whole thing in 2022
Thanks BD-1
How ya doing bud?
Both sucked
The movie just sucked, Zoolander 1 was also a flop in cinema but it became a cult classic because it actually was a funny movie but misunderstood.
I mean who was rushing to the theaters to see a comedy right after 9/11
I know that Fox broadcast the playoffs last year in 4K on YouTube TV where I watched. Watching the Rangers win in 4K was glorious
It was 1080 up res. Not native 4K
Why did you run for head of metro?
You can access LA Times articles with an LAPL card here:
Okay cool. Feels like I’m on westlaw but it functions
