I wouldn't say "fuck Southwest", but they've definitely gone downhill. They used to be a budget, friendly airline. Now they're expensive air trash sort of.
I mean I still see cheap deals for common flights. Just flew to SF Thursday-Sunday and my total was like 130 bucks. They also have their sales all the time. I got their Hawaii sale from Black Friday, so my round trip is only like 300 or 350 bucks. I’m not saying they’re great, and their planes are old, but I think they’re still better deal than their counterparts
I’m guessing it’s because Southwest is notorious for cancelling flights even when passengers show up to the gate. Most of Alaska and United’s fleets are Boeing planes if I remember correctly.

Damn man. You are even same age as me. I think i could push my bench little more, maybe 225 with 5x5 but those squats are killing me. I liked the madcows idea of ramp ups sets to bigger weights and increase weight once a week, but that pyramid does not sound bad either.
Yea it seems that 225 for bench and 275-315 for squats are the ranges where people begin to look elsewhere for other workouts. Deadlifts as 1x5 aren’t bad but could also improve with more frequent workouts

Actually i think most of the radioactive fallout you'd have would be from neglected (or targeted by nukes) nuclear plants, fusion cores, waste and other (widespread in the fallout world) nuclear technology laying around unattended.

I’m a little depressed and feel like the world is a fatigued hell of death and missed opportunities that’s already over and is now just stagnant in a state of empty acceptance- wait shit you’re probably right. Yea... I’m 28 and got my first phone at like 12? And that phone was only because I was biking to school and my parents wanted me to be able to emergency contact them. First smartphone was when I was 16 I think. And even then I feel like I’ve gotten messed up by smartphones. IMO COVID started my overindulgence on my phone.
Donny’s Cafe in Bonita. He has some specialty coffee that is roasted specifically for him. Attached the a Trek bike shop, been there a long long time, everyone stops there when bike riding through Bonita
People saying that there is bad traffic, which is true, but what I like to point out is that traffic is only that bad during rush hours, aka 6-9 AM and 3-6 PM. Outside of that, usually it’s fine. Meanwhile, just this Thursday I flew into SF to my GFs parents house, driving there (Concord), at 10:30 at night!!!! There was fucking traffic. No accident, nothing, just traffic. Not the first time that has happened either, most times when I fly in on Thursday nights it’s like that. Same goes for LA. When I lived in San Jose for school and would drive back down for winter break/spring break, I would drive overnight so I could hit LA at 2-4 AM because that’s like the only time you can get through LA with absolutely 0 traffic.
