First measurement / second measurement X 100 = percentage. I can see the center of the x and part of the upper half. Clearly, you don’t have quite 50% covered.

And I just noticed the one part is actually threaded. How do you screw in a screw thats in-position somewhere inside an electrical device, and already bolted, with all that plier around that hole.
Screw it in through the threaded end, all the way to the amount you want to cut off. Snip. Then, use a screwdriver to back it out to clean up the threads.
I used to have that, but found it awkward. It just didn’t balance out right on the hip.
