I liked the movie. It had tons of emotion, and the actors were great. But why on earth do they start the movie with that scene. I know it’s a film version of a play - so I assume it is in it - but was just so unnecessary. And not because of the particular sexuality, because it would have been gross either way.
I personally think it was quite important as it showed how much of a “loser/Pos” he was at that point witch shows how removed he was from Society. And getting a heart attack from masturbating is maybe one of the most embarrassing things that could happen to a person.
I hear you. I personally think that people forget that this is an A24 film. Which in my mind makes scenes like that necessary and makes the overall experience seem to to have a subconscious and an extraterrestrial feel. But what do I know…
I’m am literally hoping this happens! He’s so much more entertaining than them combined. Also Taking in to consideration that his interviews is comedy gold in my opinion.

A good clean of the surface and then put a varnish on top will protect it nicely. Also this means that if later you want to do some touch up repairs the varnish can be removed and does no damage to the painting.
