I think what they’re trying to say is that the credit card rewards system ends up raising prices for everyone, and especially ends up having cash and debit card users subsidizing credit card users. Which is unfair certainly, but as a consumer I may as well use my credit card and benefit from the arrangement. It’s not like I can change how the financial system works.
