  1. Living off credit isn't a long term strategy. It's a guaranteed way to stay poor.

  2. I’ve got a duplex apartment(the one without a front door)(2 bed/1 bath) a on the other side of the highway from the north division. It’s $900 altogether. We have to pay all the utilities, but I’ve got a parking space. There’d be a pet fee, but no one seems to care over here. When we first moved in (in January) the heating didn’t work along with the refrigerator. But the fridge not working wasn’t a big issue initially since it was so cold. It’d be cool to live closer to the east side, but everything mostly works now, so I’m chillin.

  3. For sure dogs are a lot of work. If you don't put in the work, especially early on, you end up with a problem dog. Not fair to anyone. Having dogs is a bit of a lifestyle commitment. So if having a dog or dog is important to you and she totally doesn't want it you wouldn't be happy together over the long haul.

  4. Yeah, I’m a real dog person. She preferred those sort of accessory dogs (if you can call them that) in the sense with how it contrasts with working dogs, which is what I was looking for. I like to do outdoorsy stuff a lot and wanted a companion to bring along with me. Besides all the training stuff I know, I’m signed up for one of those training classes just to make sure my bases are covered. He’s gonna be a good dog, I know it

  5. Man you’re not a better dog person than her because you like working dogs.

  6. Never said I was. Just that I have needs for specific kinds of dogs.

  7. It is an interesting dilemma that leads to a lot cognitive dissonance. Big corporations (Disney, legacy media, Facebook/twitter, etc) are authoritative structures that impose rules similar to traditional governments, but Laissez-faire markets will often lead to them. Quite frankly, the Lib-right paradise is like a commune but with private property. A small community with locally-owned shops that provide everything everyone needs. But these can no longer exist except in closed-off systems. For now, all we can hope to do is stomp and shout as governments colluding with corporations take away our social and economic freedoms 🙌🏼

  8. Yeah, isn’t there a difference between nation, country, peoples, etc?

  9. Teenagers are old enough so wtf is this kid talking about? If you're 13 you were born when the PS3 was 3 years old. Its not like everyone just threw their ps2s out immediately

  10. Damn, that’s still crazy though. I remember ps3 like it was yesterday. Part of that is just that the Xbox 360 and ps2-ps3 console generation was really long, but damn

  11. I read a trip report, where someone smoked it, and they thought they were grass. GRASS. They felt people stepping on their "face" and stuff, and they said it felt like eternity of just people and animals walking all over them.

  12. Yeah, damn. A bunch of people walked into my room right when I was getting ready to do a toke. Did it anyway and I was looking at this wall we had that was a light beige. It turned into a beach going into the horizon and I thought I was a campfire as everyone was around me. Salvia crazy

  13. So, we didn't really evolve around capsaicin (the spicy chemical), capsaicin was evolved around dealing with mammals.

  14. I like spicy food because it can make a smaller meal feel more filling since my stomach is on fire

  15. Gives to charity because taxation is theft, and that money will go to something I care about instead of paying for drag queen library reads for prepubescent children. Tax deductions are because I'm doing the gov's job for them.

  16. I don't think slow and steady is even possible at the moment. What's possible is being quick and steady. Where you don't fluff about, but don't trigger any alarms, got toolkits ready for any trap door. As someone else mentioned having that one card for 400 copper per person will help massively. But even with all of that you need a good team that communicates. Believe it or not, but I managed to finish nightmare with randoms, but by adding one by one of them after we had a good game and finally forming a decent team.

  17. This. Did the same here. There’s definitely some fixes and rebalancing that needs to be done (specials and acid/charred commons), but it’s possible with the right mindset and team. Of course, that’s the hard part. Going from recruit to veteran requires a shift in thinking towards tactics, just as with veteran to nightmare. You can’t let yourself get bogged down in any one spot for too long, you’re going to lose that ear of attrition.

  18. Lets be realistic here. This goes beyond just helping. The inclination is to help, but lets weigh in some realistic things to consider.

  19. The solution is C while being an equal(ly “oppressed”) minority, trans, and gay.

  20. There was already a crowd forming outside the courthouse. I wouldnt be surprised if we have riots by 11

  21. Yeah, that’s how I got through it on recruit and then veteran. Gotta go fast

  22. Simile issue with beginning of act 3 on veteran. Having to deal with even just a breaker on act 3-1 with no equipment or resources is rough

  23. This actually could be it. I thought the same special per class was by design as well. I’m ok with having different types of each special per level, but toning it down would be nice.

  24. It just doesn't work out for them though. Why share another faction's design space for their noble troops, a unit meant to be the highlight of a factions? They need something unique, and no other faction has noble infantry, so it fits right in. There is no infantry faction, the sturgians are the best candidate.

  25. What if they had a double branched noble tree? One line be the cav, the other being the unstoppable infantry
