The difference is quite simple: as a group, transgender people can be defined as individuals that don't identify with their sex at birth. Incels can be defined as a group of virgins that commonly promote hatred/violence against women. Hence why incels are viewed as the more dangerous group.

The irony of him opening this saying 'watch this YouTube channel' to then say 'minimal to no social media please'.
The one thing I will never understand is how confidently these people give relationship/break up advice.
My favourite point of this is it implies that women should long after their appreciation or love. What he's describing is prostitution, but many women – including family in this case – will not value your love or appreciation as much as they value their own bodily autonomy. Most women will see it as trying to buy a lamborghini for $10... it's not worth it.
The notion that 'not giving someone a chance because they have different political views is shallow', is quite literally one of the most stupid conclusions ever introduced into the dating world.
Can't say I'm surprised that they hold this opinion. 95% of their beliefs are built off of resentment as opposed to facts.

I think it's fair to say that intelligence isn't exactly on their side. Incels.is spews oppressive ideologies towards different minority groups, which has been observed to be an indication of low cognitive abilities.
