I’m dealing with the same exact thing!!!!! However I was sleeved on 3/5 and I’ve only lost 30 lbs and this week i gained 5lbs!!!!!! I’ve been going to the gym 3-4 x a week pretty hard cardio and light weight lifting.
Yea I just feel deflated but not in my weight 🤣😫 I love/hate seeing all these amazing transformations of people at their 8-12 month + anniversaries. I’m scared the rapid weight loss in the beginning just isn’t happening which is going to screw me in the end. This process is a real mind F sometimes
Tbh surgery is the hardest way out!!!!! Ask how many skinny people have done a whole month of liquid diet! How many skinny people have so many diet restrictions and have to take daily vitamins. We can no longer chug on water, we literally physically can not eat our favorite foods
I said something similar. The person was like, “Why would I do the surgery then?” Maybe because it’s the only proven treatment to keep the weight off long term? They refused to listen even after I cited several medical studies. I mean, yeah, you can regain after the surgery but it’s less likely as it’s more difficult to binge after the surgery.
I went through a period of nausea around that time as well. I grabbed OTC nausea meds and ate them like candy. Lasted a few weeks. Ate protein bars and shakes. Did they check your gallbladder? That can rear its ugly head after this surgery. Get iv fluids when you need them, and wait it out. Hopefully its just your body adjusting.
That's why no matter how insecure I feel about my body I will never get a BBL I heard the most absurd ways of getting it. Not even getting actual surgery for it, just going to a person to stuff them with supplies you use for bikes.
I felt that same way until one day I decided it was the end of it. I’m going to take control of my life and I did. I push myself to look nice everyday, I went to do my hair and my nails and put my scars on. Sometimes you need a wake up call and just DO IT
I thought it was a common knowledge that as a man, you take your daughter to men's room. I've never met anyone who thought otherwise hehe. It's like a universally agreed upon rule 😂
Not at all. As an adult woman I rather have a man help with baby girl in the woman’s bathroom and creepy men looking at a 4 yr old in the men’s rest room.
Absolutely not taking a baby girl to a male restroom. I rather deal with a man helping his 4yr old daughter in the women’s rest room. It’s not that serious in there
Make sure that you're going slow. I got chest pains in the beginning when I did one of my pre-op swallows that had too much going on. Also, was your potato soup strained so there wasn't any chunks?
Am I reading these results right? It looks like almost no one on here became more conservative as they aged. Reddit bias? Or real reflection of cultural shifts from one generation to another?
I used to be super lefty, and now I’m more towards the middle, a little more right. As I gotten older I’ve gotten way more conservative specially with two kids.
Lmao, no babe it’s not that serious. It’s on sale because target puts things on sale every week. Target has 30% off on all women denim right now. What movement is Demin part of that they’re loosing billions?
There’s no way I read that long af message and I promise neither did he.

It really is!!!

That person sucks and you don’t need them in your life. You’re too pretty for their shit
Barely 100-200 calories. 6 weeks out

Thank you so much 💕
Lmao in Miami this is easy $2,000
Me!!!!! 5’3 30yrs F start weight 230 (pre surgery)
Wait you’ve lost 30 lbs in a just about month? That’s incredible!!!
I also don’t eat. I’m an awful example though, I only eat one mozzarella stick a day or half a yogurt. I’m legit scared of food and getting sick
Surgery 3/5 I got the sleeve
5 weeks I can only eat one string cheese a day :-)
Did you just go to an IV clinic or an Urgent Care?
I asked my dr and they sent me to the hospital to do it
That's why no matter how insecure I feel about my body I will never get a BBL I heard the most absurd ways of getting it. Not even getting actual surgery for it, just going to a person to stuff them with supplies you use for bikes.
Lmao supplies for bikes? No. They use your Own fat and inject it in your butt
Same!!!! I was so mad I started cardio yesterday. Surgery was 3/5

NAH but it's my understanding that if a child needs to be accompanied to the restroom you go into the restrooms of the adults gender.

My dad said if I get to 140lb he’d get me a GWagon LOL I don’t believe him but I’m also 70lb away from my dream car
Acid reflux can mimic chest pains. Are you on any antacids like omeprazole?
I take Pepcid everyday
Make sure that you're going slow. I got chest pains in the beginning when I did one of my pre-op swallows that had too much going on. Also, was your potato soup strained so there wasn't any chunks?
Strained

Reddit bias. Everyone on Reddit is a hardcore lefty
I used to be super lefty, and now I’m more towards the middle, a little more right. As I gotten older I’ve gotten way more conservative specially with two kids.
It's on sale for a reason- which isn't good. Starbucks is losing 16 billion usd in profits due to the BDS movement.

I WISH this happened to me, easy solution, get a camera and point it at their bedroom :)
