I don’t really agree with your assessment of Instacart. There are still plenty of us shoppers who strive to provide an excellent experience for the customers that tip us well. We just happen to know ahead of time, so if you’re a shit tipper, your order is probably not handled with much care. Instacart just has a much much bigger market share so they have a ton more shoppers (and many of those shoppers have no idea what they are doing)
