stealthybutthole

  1. Students at the school were on the lawn that they use all the time. Maybe there's a legalese way to find them to be trespassing, but they weren't doing anything wrong. The university shouldn't have called the cops, and the cops shouldn't have removed the students.

  2. The two words have different meanings, they are NOT the same thing. This was debated by the founders and you will not find the word "democracy" in the Constitution.

  3. The constitution specifies that the HOR shall be selected democratically (though it doesn't use that word, it says "chosen every second Year by the People of the several States"), and Senators shall be selected by the legislature of each state.

  4. They wanted the Senate to be more rich, well educated, and upper class. Like the founding fathers themselves. The “common man” of the time was a largely uneducated and uncouth. They didn’t want a lot of “those” types running around the Capitol building.

  5. I can’t believe I went this far down to find your answer. With how old the house is, it sounds like this was the situation. It’s what my house did.

  6. It really depends on how your locality records things/what systems they have available for Zillow to datamine, but yeah, really the only time I've seen zillow get a sale price "wrong" in my county was for a subdivided lot.

  7. Where in the hell did you pull entitlement from? Your nasty ass? What are you even talking about? At what point did I say they “should” or “owe” money? God damn it! I tell you what. Let’s have a civil war so people like you can be mowed down.

  8. When you get so upset that the fed is greedy (read--no longer printing free money and giving it to anyone with a pulse) yes, you clearly feel entitled to being the beneficiary of unlimited free money from the fed.

  9. Would you accept a ticket for no vehicle inspection from a Mississippi cop when your Georgia vehicle does not require inspection?

  10. You're equating two things that aren't equivalent. The courts have ruled on this. Requiring people who don't live in your state to register their vehicles simply to drive through is not, in fact, reasonable.

  11. Neither is requiring you to remove the tint from your window to simply drive through a state.

  12. He is literally crying that the lowbie content isn't gate kept as hard while admitting he used to do the now +2 except we are easily 30 ish ilevels higher than before and it has less affixes.

  13. ....doing a +12 at the end of s3 when you've had 16 weeks to accumulate gear from vault/raid finder is not at all comparable to doing a +2 on day 1 of s4.

  14. I find comments like this very gross. I'm sorry some children don't have rich parents that can pay for their school.

  15. Not to mention ridiculous... Sure, just throw away your kids college fund to have a marginally bigger house or go to Disney world so they can get a whopping $10,000 of their loans forgiven....

  16. The Nimbys simultaneously want to the homeless to disappear and don't want to fund shelters or have them near their properties.

  17. ....the entire question at hand is whether it's legal for places to enforce existing laws that are on the books. That's kind of one of the main purposes of the judicial branch.

  18. It shouldn’t make it rough. It’s more a sound issue than anything. It’s just some big metal filter for the exhaust. Most states don’t need it but does help the environment

  19. people like this aren’t intelligent lol

  20. The same exact thing was happening with TRXs and C8 Corvettes, and you would have never seen anyone claiming it was because they were pieces of shit, lol.

  21. They're actually for people who live in hot climates, so you can leave the windows open to let hot air vent without rain getting in when you're parked.

  22. Maybe now that smoking is getting less popular or if you live in Florida. But the majority of people that use them in other places are smokers... if you're buying a used car and you see window guards on it there's a 90% chance you're gonna open the door and smell smoke.

  23. You sure about that? I have a CPO Kia getting fixed by the Kia dealership right now.

  24. …that has nothing to do with who is administering the warranty lol…

  25. easier to spot? The make or rent out one room office in the State that is offering the lowest premium insurance rates at the time of registering the vehicle.

  26. If you think that’s how commercial auto insurance works you’re insane lmao

  27. Motorcycle safety class. Even if you never intend to ride.

  28. I just had my 65 year old grandpa (who only ever rode Harleys/Indians) ride my Ninja 650 back to my house from the dealership for me.

  29. Take it to Autozone or O'Reilly and have it scanned and checked for pending codes. Yhen, go back to dealer armed with what the problem is and demand it fixed or the sale reversed.

  30. Georgia chagred me $1100 TVAT (GA version of sales tax) on a car I already owned when I moved here. It was a cool welcome to the state gift🥰🥰

  31. Most states do this, except it’s usually much more than $1100 and you pay it every single year. My dad left Georgia and moved to SC and they charged him like $4000 property tax + $450 in fees and then charged him $3500 the next year. It’s 6% of retail value every single year…

  32. Everywhere else I've lived charges sales tax when you buy the car and then a yearly registration fee which is nominal, sometimes based on weight of your vehicle.

  33. Article VI, Clause 2 of the constitution. Yall kids really don't pay attention in middle school, do you?

  34. The farm bill doesn't preclude states from banning the production/sale/consumption of THC-A, it simply says they can not prohibit the interstate transportation/shipment of hemp produced legally under the provisions in the 2018 farm bill.

  35. Where to live after foreclosure is less of a problem than where to live in 2 days.

  36. Lol, you think someone is going to move into a hotel just so op can keep his rate lock?

  37. The alternative is getting sued for failure to perform. Moving into a hotel is exactly what I would do in her situation, because I don't want to fucking get sued. People moving into hotels/STRs is VERY common when they sell their house and haven't found anywhere to go yet. Don't act like this is some foreign concept.

  38. No they don't. Abusing the identity out of somebody is fucking evil, disgusting and not even good psychology, full stop.

  39. If you think cutting peoples dicks off is "good psychology" I'm inclined to not consider your opinions on what is, in general, good psychology.

  40. I've been down that road with them already. They're not interested in an honest dialogue and only wish to mock anyone who thinks that gender exists or that words can change (even though both are demonstrable).

  41. There has been no release of information about the race of the individual driving the truck. He is being protected as an 18 year old "teen"

  42. Nice idea, but the mom of the girl that was killed knows his name and has been posting his name + pictures of him all over Facebook.

  43. Exactly. The police were ready to do nothing about it, until the family had to call attention to it and suddenly they changed their mind, yet they still haven't released any other details that are already public.

  44. The comment I was responding to was implying that if he was brown they would have done something about it. All my comment was saying is that... he is in fact brown, and the police still decided to do nothing about it.

  45. But it is only when dealers are offering for trade ins. You have 20% mark up? Well shit I do too lol

  46. Trade ins are the biggest scam ever. Every trade in is "rough" and every vehicle on the dealer lot is "clean/extra clean".

  47. Sounds like a bad dealer.

  48. Ford dealer. Truck had already been marked down $5k. So I’m guessing they overpaid for it and were trying to find a sucker to help dig them out of their hole.

  49. You literally can, lol, there’s multiple listed on autotrader right now for $26k before the $7500 point of sale rebate

  50. Shoots carjacker for stealing property that isn’t his. Decent human might be a stretch.

  51. You’re defending a literal murderer here. Not only a murderer, but a carjacker. It’s not a good look.

  52. Mark Cuban has taken care of one of his former players in almost an identical situation. I think he pays for treatment as well as a small allowance to live on. Despite his public persona he’s actually a very decent man.

  53. Yup people that can't fight back. Israel needs to get popped in the mouth for once. They are a huge reason the region is in turmoil.

  54. The region has been in turmoil for most of history and will continue to be that way with or without a few jews being involved.
