Alright, thanks. Sadly in Hawaii I'm about as far from like-minded people and events as I could be. Is there a better way to find teams for a game jam than just posting my portfolio in the event's discord? I have done that maybe 10 times already, nobody has reached out yet.

Door altijd zuinig aan te leven (van huis uit meegekregen) en zeker periodes zuinig te moeten leven toch een mooie spaarrekening op kunnen bouwen van max vier maanden. De rest lekker saai in ETF maandelijks gestopt/stoppen. Nu geef ik niet veel om luxe en geniet van kleine dingen maar kan ook weleens een dure uitgave doen of vakantie etc. zonder dat ik mij daar zorgen over moet maken. Dit is voor mij al fire ook ben ik twee jaar geleden van 32 naar 28 uur werken gegaan waardoor ik geniet van meer vrije tijd. Fire is dus echt niet alleen maar weggelegd voor mensen met een flinke inkomen en voor iedereen heeft fire een andere betekenis.

In terms of motivation, I've been the opposite. AI has really encouraged me to delve more into my creative pastimes and I feel more energized than ever. I don't know what the difference between us is, but for me it's just the thrill of fleshing out a new world and occupying it for a bit. AI makes it so much easier to do.
