It wasn't gout related, but I did have an inflammatory reaction to Flonase. After taking it for several years. It seems I developed an allergy to it, I don't take it anymore but if I do I get a bleeding nose and allergy symptoms. It seems you can't take it forever.

Yup. My acoustic stays in the case with humidifier packs. It's far too arid in Colorado to leave it out. I leave the electrics out though.
