  1. I switched to a loose whole foods plant based diet (~80% of the time) and I noticed my mid-cycle bleeding went away after a few months. I still get mid-cycle pain though. I've also started supplementing with iodine (after testing for deficiency) so hoping that's the missing piece.

  2. I work in STEM and I'm cringing at the number of times my (male) coworkers baby-wear on camera or their toddlers pop in and everyone is all oohs and awws. But when a mother does it, it's seen as her not "being focused." Definitely not illegal.

  3. I had to look it up but apparently Amber Alerts override DND.

  4. It's when parents with children fill up the local breweries with their screaming toddlers and babies while they day drink and try to relive their 20s.

  5. I live near a town that is very Stars Hollow, and while it gives off similar vibes of being "small" and "quaint" and attracting people for tourism for things like antiques and festivals and fairs and having a lot of locally-owned shops implying a lower or solidly middle-class economic base, the reality is that the place is EXTREMELY expensive to live in. The secret is that there are a bunch of really gorgeous nature preserves nearby that drive up the home prices, and most of the residents actually work in the nearby more populous cities. For the locally-owned shops, they're almost always owned by people on their second careers after retirement who don't need them to be income generators all year, or they are second-income businesses for families where one partner has one of the aforementioned fancy jobs. There is also a lot of generational wealth. No one there dresses like they have the money they do; it's all very chill. But based on that, my hypothesis is that SH is similar, albeit with maybe more of a spectrum of wealth levels. The reason the elder Gilmores look down on it is because despite having perhaps a lot of people who ARE wealthy, these are the kind of wealthy people who don't like to shout it and don't care about things like the DAR and black tie charity events that are more about the events than the charities.

  6. If the show took place in 2024, this is the exact type of town Stars Hollow would be (basically Newburyport, MA or Portsmouth, NH) where no one “really” lives there and the towns are more like a giant cosplay convention for the comfortably wealthy and tourists. But I think in the 90s/00s, you would find legit middle class people who were able to afford living in the same town that they run their small business in.

  7. Any gains will be taxable but those should be minimal. For example if you make $5 in interest waiting for funds to clear on your $7,000 contribution and so convert $7,005 the $7,000 is tax-free, the $5 in interest is a taxable conversion. Regardless you should just convert everything and end the year with a $0.00 balance in tIRAs.

  8. What if I have a trad IRA fully funded from years 2022-2024 and want to convert it all to a Roth? I’ve already earned money on it because it’s invested. Do I have to sell it all and will my earnings be taxed?

  9. I recently swatched these. Like others said, the Romand Milk Tea series might have a couple. Woody Sunset and Dark Coconut are also there for comparison.

  10. Oh wow what a collection 😍😍 such a pretty shade ! I hv dark coconut but its more of a glossy type and im looking for matte / velvet. I think the black tea looks good ! But Is it more like a brown /purplish/ reddish tone??

  11. I think on the lips, on me (NW15, neutral olive, very muted), it's more of a light brownish red. I don't really get the purpley-ness. It's more 90s grunge rather than vamp/goth. Still a beautiful color, but my hunt continues as most shades pull brighter and redder on me.

  12. Same! Another tip is to use a q-tip to get the remaining product from the cap.

  13. Q-tips cost money and soak up product. I use the little plastic applicators that come with some products like the Laniege lip mask 🗿

  14. Activating serum. On my fourth bottle I think. They had the full size on Amazon for about $60 a few months ago.

  15. I have Peonies and I think it's much cooler than OP's pic.
