There was a camp build limit in Fallout 4 but for some reason probably due to a mod I found I could build unlimited structures. It's maybe a good thing we have limits in 76 because I used to spend way too much time building so on one playthrough I just came out of the Vault and headed straight for Vault 88 and spent about 2 weeks building inside it.

It was also a glitch to have no limit, drop guns from Pip-Boy and store them via the workshop and the limit counter counts those dropped items as part of the build despite not affecting Ng it so when you store the items the counter goes down meaning there is no limit as you can repeat this.

There's no layer limit. There are widgets with almost 1000 layers and if done wisely, they work as intended. But memory is tight.

I believe m3u8 files are more like pointers to video files. You would need to download the file in a standard video format: mp4, mkv, webm, mov
