I have a question I don't know who to ask, so I'm asking here. Human rights laws aside, is it possible to clone a person with an altered growth rate gene, so that at 10-15 years old he is like at 25-30. Considering that there is Gutchinson-Gilford Syndrome, I think it is possible, but how?

Also if you haven’t seen Starship Troopers, it is eerily predictive of the events following 911, at least in hindsight. I won’t spoil it off the bat, but when I realized it came out in ‘99 and had little to nothing to do with the book it’s based off of, it made me think! Also, great movie
I think the book has at least something to do with the movie. It inspired Paul V. and some of the plot/character are there too. I agree with your comment on general and really recommend reading the book :)

I have been in many places around the world and never experienced a safer city in a democratic country. I don't want to say your are being precious but...
I guess you could max out usage if it was bigger and fully finished/furbished.

Since when are champagne glasses stemless?
Agreed, a champagne glass is a flute
The access to the underground rumpus is in a bedroom? On paper living and bedrrom 2.9x2.9 seems inverted in function. Here is an idea:
When work becomes a toxic environment, and for many of us it does at one point or another in our careers, then 100% WFH is healthy. We are social creatures, nothing dictate you should fill that need from work relationship.
It does depend where you leave and what you are ready to sacrifice or not. New to the country will mean that you won't have access to loan/property soon, which means that you probably have to rent. That is going to be your biggest budget, so working out a balance in between home_location/work_location/car will be a huge factor. The easiest most impactful choice you can make it to leave in a cheap area...
You don't want to switch to bioinformatics. Basically you don't wnt to specialize yourself at thi spoint of your career. You got compiuter science background, thst is good and will be necessary. Now, get yourself a data analyst profile, it would be quite esay to target whta is missing in your profile (data visualization, reporting, management...). Then you can apply to a whole suite of jobs , including bioinfo. I think in the future, the filed of specialization will be the data itself rather that the field from which it emanates.
While the graph is nice, I would argue that plotting the mean price without any SD is meaning less. For instance the price SD in the US and HonKong would tell an intresting story. You can buy a way cheaper than avergae 2 bdr in the US but you really can't in HongKong.
