AA status member here, it's not about the money so much it is about an airline that won't turn your back on you. Now, AA has changed its program too, but damn, Delta just beat you all up and spat you back out. I never shop for lowest dollar. I stay loyal. If AA pulls a Delta, I'd be out too. The point I think is over your head. This isn't necessarily only about cheap fares. This is about average fares, being treated like you're a good customer, getting free upgrades, etc etc. If I'm wrong, feel free. We're all just pawns, but Delta screwed the pooch here.

Same here. I got mine through iTunes so I had to submit a refund request through Apple. So I guess it’s up to Apple at this point. If Apple doesn’t approve it then I’ll just fall back on doing it through PayPal.
You should get a refund, given the lack of notice before these changes were made. I didnt find out until i emailed gasbuddy about missing discounts. I asked for a refund and will dispute through my bank otherwise
Your missing discounts were because gridwise and have nothing to do with gasbuddy. It’s 100% gridwise here, disputing gasbuddy is not the way to go here it was on grid to communicate it with you. Sucks bad
GasBuddy doesn’t pull any credit for their Pay program. It may pull data from the checking account you linked but as was said this is not related to GasBuddy

It’s mostly the Airbus planes that don’t have screens. Pretty much all the Boeing aircraft AA uses still do
that’s dramatically incorrect. Very few narrow body planes do now.
