  1. I can tell you that my thoughts on children changed a lot between 18 and 25. Yours may as well.

  2. My thoughts on kids changed a lot between the ages of 30 and 31, let alone an entire decade.

  3. It’s called “mutual aid”. Every department, including fire, provides mutual aid to surrounding agencies. And considering it was a crime committed within city limits, PD still has jurisdiction.

  4. Well the Perps Social Media seems to bitch and whine about the Safe Act...

  5. Which social media did you find? Only found his Facebook but nothing on there.

  6. Had two deliveries at Crouse and had our own room each time. The rooms are set up for two patients but very rarely will they need to pair-up patients in a single room. From what’s explained to us, that’s a very rare occurrence. There were several empty rooms the last time we were there, which was recent. Expect to each have your own bed. Obvious that can change if you plan to deliver in a busy month, such as September.

  7. I'm unlocking the comments but any comment calling thertain groups of people thieves or using the g-word will get you perma-banned. This is the only warning.

  8. I don’t know, man. I used to date a “g-word” in Germany. Her and her mother both claimed “g-word” as their heritage.

  9. Can still find it in the Syracuse area.

  10. Yeah, me too. My last African ancestor probably was from the 1700s. All my black roots are from the Caribbean so it annoys me when people call me an African American

  11. Hitting someone in the back of the head while they run away from you isn’t self defense. Laws exist for a reason, and making exceptions isn’t a good idea.

  12. Ignore the downvotes and uninformed comments. The case for self defense ended when the perpetrator turned and ran. You are absolutely correct.

  13. You’re talking about the top .1% of colleges. And why can’t we use taxes to subsidize education? You didn’t actually give a reason why the most wealthy country in the history of the world can’t do it.

  14. We already do subsidize with taxes. Thats literally why we’re in this mess.

  15. Boys have a penis, girls have a vagina.

  16. Where would one go to purchase various items such as a pizza oven or a husband (garden gnome)?

  17. Keep doing you, dude. Fuck these fuds and their miserable comments. Your gun is silly and I like it.

  18. The Sunday brunch of all brunches is at the Wolf’s Den on Wolf Street. The menu reads like many others, but the huge difference is that everything is freshly made on site: danishes, casseroles, omelettes, etc., etc., etc.

  19. I wouldn’t say it’s the best, but it’s definitely underrated and lesser known.

  20. I'd be so mad at a $100 dinner that was a tiny steak, 4 florets of broccoli, and a cup of rice. That's a struggle meal.

  21. This is something I put together as a 20-something year old learning to cook on my own.

  22. The Finger Lakes produce a lot of rieslings. I think some of the better wineries are on Keuka and Seneca Lakes, but Cayuga has some fine wineries, too. Here is a quick list of some of my favorites:

  23. Is a 19yr old whose entire existence is to check CAC’s at the gate really meeting a standard of a qualified LEO through?

  24. Regardless of their specific job duties / daily assignment, they still possess credentials that validate their qualifications and meet the minimum requirements.

  25. That’s a stretch. Active duty MP’s are BY FAR some of the least “qualified” law enforcement in the country. I’ll take any reserve or NG MP unit over active duty MP’s every day of the week.

  26. I think you’ve had enough screen time for today.

  27. I got made fun of in the army for saying documentary instead of documentry

  28. Ahh, so we lived similar lives. My experiences stem from the army, too.

  29. I had no idea the "ary" pronunciation was anything remarkable until I went to college and the fact that I said it differently was pointed out to me!

  30. When I lived out of state, my friends would question why I said “elementary” instead of “elementry”.

  31. 15% of people. You drive in yourself to pick up takeout and you tip the restaurant? You don’t have a server, cooks don’t get tipped, so you are just deciding to pay the restaurant extra money for your food? Why?

  32. I only tip for takeout at two places and they are both, quite literally, mom and pop Chinese restaurants. Only two employees: husband does the cooking and the wife does everything else. I tip because I like their food, their prices are low, they’re very friendly, and they have very low overhead. Other than that, I don’t tip for takeout.

  33. I had a very similar situation, minus the E-ZPass. Long story short, whichever department handles the billing didn’t have my correct address. This has been an on-going issue for almost 7 years now, between the DMV, NY State Thruway, and the election board. No one seems to have my correct address even though it’s been updated several times. Anyways, they kept sending me bills but to the wrong address. By the time I found out, I was receiving bills from a collection agency. I called the state, which was useless as I sat on hold for two hours, then the service rep couldn’t do anything. I called the collection agency, explained what was going on, then never heard from them again.

  34. That Cold War missile silo is interestingly close by
