  1. 2021 m3 here. Range estimated in winter 120/140 miles (heatpump though, so 2020 will be worse). Summer, 190-240 depending on me being a gentle foot

  2. 60k, paying 300p/m second hand tesla, insurance I pay 1200 a year upfront.

  3. Would you mind sharing model, year etc you went for?

  4. Sure! I bought it July 2023, and went for a second hand m3 standard, black. Cost just under 30k. December 2021 model (was extra happy, more or less a 2022 model for 2021 price at the time).

  5. Have someone push against it slightly? Sandbag on yourself when pushing?

  6. Who gives a shit? It's saying we can do it now.

  7. You'll need to have an operation to remove the metal. Get it put back it, in the other country.

  8. This tech would have been implemented if the wage went up or down. A business is able to replace thousands of employees with something that is on 24/7 and is never ill. It would happen regardless.

  9. Fine. I’ll not pretend this is fact. I will present you with fact. I’m in this industry. No restaurant chain…and I mean none…had any real interest whatsoever in this technology until after the minimum wage increase made the investment economically feasible. None.

  10. Why is it happening in other countries where the pay hasn't changed then?

  11. Just be sure you’re past 50% of the loan amount and not the term. Lots of people mistake this.

  12. This would be a pretty big risk for me. Imagine being blacklisted from buying from the dealer in the future 😂

  13. What are the costs for each? I'd always stay away from anything before 2021. Heat pump, double glazing, wireless chargers, motor boot, better range, better cameras, better processor, still in battery warranty personally.

  14. Oh for that price sod it. Go with the 2021 and run it into the ground. Bargain

  15. Like the feeling of the ceiling near your face. Good to roll back once in a while to the crease of the ceiling.

  16. Yes. I myself, as a Hagrid size man, struggle to stand in 7ft ceiling space

  17. Living in Australia all I can think is that’s going to be a death trap in the summer. But looks nice 😊. Where are you?

  18. UK :) it's warm in the winter, and summer there's a nice breeze through both windows. And ice got airconnow

  19. I literally gave this shit away 10 years ago along with original pokemon cards. Wasn't worth shit. now its $100 for a copy of pokemon blue no box

  20. In the UK I can get pokemon blue, uboxed for £20. Is this a US price issue or something for collections

  21. I am 31, I work as full time teacher in a decent job earning just over £35,000, and a family. I have saved and saved and saved, just trying to enough for a deposit.

  22. I will preface this by saying I am aware how lucky I am. And in no way am I rubbing anything in. The situation now is dire. More just outlining my experience.

  23. Im in the south, my friends who bought a property early last year are considering selling in juat a few years time because their 2 bed they got for 250 could be closer to 400 if things continue

  24. Would make sense to move north with that kind of deposit / if they have that freedom! Friend in bath bought a 2 bed flat for 400k. Its crazy what you can get in Preston for 400k

  25. It's not as bad as the Sun is making out.

  26. My friends a pilot and they have had this issue for months. They don't just rely on GPS though, and have a range of redundancies in place. But it's something interesting hearing about from him when flying around Europe

  27. thank you, that's actually really great advice and I think that's what I am trying to work out with the "how much will it be worth when I sell it?"

  28. Just go with a worst case "knock half off" is my goto for predictions. Anything better is a plus!

  29. Would have to factor in the cost of the luxury car on top though

  30. Electric car has little to go wrong, but youd have the warranty still

  31. I wonder how many years he only paid the bare minimum? Let's not be fooled into thinking billionaires are nice people.

  32. I too tend to pay the bare minimum in taxes. I don't really like tipping the government.

  33. yeah, that's the theory. except that's not what happens in practice. anything Biden does wrong goes ignored. if this was a post about Biden doing it, the comments would be full of Trump whataboutisms and calling OP a Russian bot, and you know it.

  34. "anything"? That's simply not true. I see a ton of criticism for both when things go wrong.

  35. I'm not saying criticism of Biden doesn't exist, it does. what I'm talking about is on heavily left-leaning places like reddit in general or political subs. you will not find a single post about anything derogatory toward Biden on r/ politics, for example. you won't find anything negative about him on this sub, either. (and I'm talking about posts, not the occasional downvoted comment buried at the bottom of the pile)

  36. But you've taken this whole argument as "x is being blamed, and y never did. That isn't true. Your argument falls apart there. It's a strawman argument for something with literal evidence of the opposite on this thread.

  37. Mine did that for a few mins and then reappeared. Try a two button reset.

  38. Agreed with this. A reset with the 2 buttons fixed it. Same thing happened my end

  39. Not a binary "all" is it?

  40. Thanks for the clarification sorry for any misunderstanding.

  41. You can get them new on sale here in the UK for 170. That isn't a good price

  42. Yeah but I'm not from the UK I'm from Sweden and its 1400 kr and now that I look it up the conversion is actually 128.15 dollars or 103.37 pounds

  43. It was more an example of "you can get it cheaper if you look around". But glad to know you can get it at a good price go for it!

  44. Don't reward spam. Tbh it's probably a python script auto sending

  45. Halesowen is a good shout tbh. 20 mins from brum center, really cheap. 9 min drive from Clent hills, tons of busses to town, and right next to the motorway.

  46. Sat a says 23 mins this second from my house in Halesowen (just by Mucklow Hill)

  47. Trust it "to an extent". Top up a decent amount when needed really. Drive 2 hours, have a pee stop and change.
