  1. Hand hands finger thumb one thumb one thumb drumming on a drum... My son is 11 and I still have most of this book memorized lol also hop on pop.

  2. My son is in middle school and never had a computer class or typing class and I just don't understand it....

  3. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia but lupus was suspected at the same time so it was only a few months before getting the lupus diagnosis. My rheumatologist has said from the beginning she thought it was both.

  4. Thank you so much for posing this subject. My AI illnesses are rapidly getting worse and my 4 year old is taking it especially hard. My wife asked me 4 days ago to talk to our daughter about how it’s not her job to take care of me but I have no idea how to do it. This post came at the perfect time for me so thank you. I wish you the best of luck with your diagnosis and your children.

  5. I'm glad this could help you as well! I hope you get some relief and start feeling better ❤️

  6. There is a book called "How Many Marbles Do You Have?" and it's perfect for giving kids a little understanding to the challenges of having an AI disorder!

  7. Yes, I have the same. Went to the dentist and she said it was in fact the fibromyalgia ( a dentist that actually screened everyone for fibromyalgia in I itial paperwork!!!). Still, you may want to check. I use a gum disease wash mouth and toothpaste, a water pick and after an aloe vera rinse that soothes the gums. Also some gum gels they sell on amazon are helpful.

  8. I'm just glad to know I wasn't reaching making the connection. I've been trying to very carefully brush them more but I will definitely look into the other stuff too

  9. Yes! It randomly happens and my husband looks at me like I'm crazy. I was so glad to find out it was fibro related and not me going crazy lol

  10. My mom and I both have fibro but not adhd

  11. For me, fever means virus or infection. Also pain that doesn't fit the pattern - if it's all over instead of in it's usual areas, if it just feels different than my regular pain. Congestion and coughing are also seasonal allergies or virus/infection, not fibro.

  12. I think that's how I am gonna look at it. If fever isn't there or something else obvious then it's probably fibro and not something else.

  13. Honestly it's been two years of this for me and I still struggle to tell. I just wear a mask until I'm very confident that I'm negative for anything contagious, like the flu, strep, Covid, etc. Regardless of whether you're sick with an infection or not, you should probably take it easy and get a lot of fluids.

  14. I did take a 3 hour nap and still went to bed early. I am trying to do better at listening to my body and not push myself all the time. It's hard though

  15. I am frustrated not knowing how to label what I have specifically at doctors appointments. I started seeing a rheumatologist due to inflammation showing in my blood work. I have done tests after tests and everything is inconclusive basically. I was borderline for lupus she says. X rays didn't show much of anything. She is saying fibromyalgia for sure and treating generically for a autoimmune disorder. She ended using the term inflammatory arthritis but the seems to be more of a symptom maybe? Now I'm waiting for a CT scan and have no idea how to feel this paper out where it asks about lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. I feel like I have symptoms of it all because it's all so similar so I don't know. It's frustrating and I needed to vent I guess.

  16. I have not heard of that. I will definitely ask about it at my next visit

  17. Yearling birds who are new layers have the most need for calcium as they are still developing themselves they have little to spare for egg production.

  18. I have tried the egg shells and they don't seem to eat it when I do that. They seem picky lol they want their food and watermelon and don't want to eat much else I give them. I think I am going to try the oyster shell stuff and see if they will eat that.

  19. I have not kept chickens so I am only assuming, but I've kept ducks for 7 or so years now. I've seen some real weird stuff. One laid an egg the was 178g... nearly 4x a chicken egg. Many double yokes, even one tripple. Eggs with thin shells and eggs with no shells. One thing to remember if you free range them, even if you don't I guess. I'll find a random dead one that showed no sign of illness the day before. When I started I called the local small town vet about an injured duck and he told be they are like goldfish, just buy a new one. They only cost $4 next door.

  20. We have had 3 double yolks so far.. So much for them being rare I guess lol so far no illness or Injury or death so far.. We did accidentally lock one out of the coop over night recently but luckily she was there in the morning ready to go back in lol

  21. I’ve been on duloxetine for 5 years, for depression and fibro. The first 6 months SUCKED. But I had already tried so many others that I stuck with it because I knew I needed it. I had the same side effects you’re describing. It’s good that your mom is on it because doctors are more likely to prescribe things that have a history of working in your family line.

  22. Thank you! I needed to see this, this morning. I woke up feeling really defeated. I want to feel better and it feels like everything that has been done has made me feel worse so far. At least with my normal miserable feelings I was use to and could push through, this is hard. But I've seen my mom's journey, it took so long for her to get the diagnosis and get help of any kind. I feel lucky to be doing it now and not later. It's just hard to be sick with little ones, they don't understand.

  23. It makes me hurl. I have to take it right at bedtime to sleep through the nausea. It has made a huge difference with my fibro. Try different times of day to see if that makes a difference.

  24. I don't know if taking it at bedtime would help.. I took it at 9:00 am and it's now 8:00 pm and I still feel nauseous.

  25. Pump up the Jam - technotronic Astronaut in the ocean - masked wolf Take a walk - passion pit Barbie girl-aqua

  26. Tainted love was the first, saw the video on vh1 or something. First non cover was this is the new shit.

  27. I'd say considering the age of your older grumpy dog, he doesn't want another dog in the house, and he deserves a quiet retirement.

  28. That's very fair. We got the dog from family so we can give him back but they will put him back outside which makes me sad. He is super sweet with us. But I do agree my older dog is the priority to me

  29. I wouldn't givr him back to b an outside dog if that cld b avoided, wld family agree to rehome him completely?

  30. Yes and I don't know how is also a big one. "I don't know where my bed is" at bed time is all a favorite around here.

  31. He isn't a toddler now but my 10 yr old has always loved salmon patties since he was a toddler it's his favorite thing my mother in law makes. He requests it everytime he stays with her.

  32. I am 30 with a 10 yr old and a 3 yr old. I tend to have a bit of a rocker sometimes borderline goth style. Color my hair all sorts of colors etc. I have been judged a lot for not looking like a "mom" should. I even had someone say "I wouldn't respect you as my mom with pink and purple hair". I still have moments of insecurity but for the most part I have learned to not let it bother me. I don't need to impress the other moms at school/daycare etc. Besides kids always like my style and give me compliments all the time! It makes me feel like I can show them they can be themselves even as a adult.

  33. If I knew what it was I did that lead to that I would tell you 😂 she has been a challenge for us, my son was much easier at this age. She is full tantrums over everything and anything and nothing at all sometimes. I have really been trying to keep my calm and not meet her where she is so I let her have her fit then depending on the situation we do time out for 3 mins but she has to be calm for those 3 mins. Then tissue for the tears and we do always say what did you get in trouble for? And we talk and hug it out. Last night she went to that part all on her own instead of trying to go right back to asking what she wanted.

  34. Reading this assures me I'm doing something right with my 4 year old thank you.

  35. I'm glad! We all need the reminder sometime

  36. My daughter's favorite is booba, Boba, can't remember the spelling right now, not my favorite but I understand why they like it even my 10 year old gets trapped watching and laughing

  37. Thank you! My nail tech is amazing! I don't know how she does it lol

  38. If your tubal ligation involved clips (many do ) those clips can come undone, or shift. In some cases scar tissue can form around them or from them. All these things can increase pelvic pain either during your cycle or sometimes ongoing.

  39. Is it bad that I have no idea... Something was definitely put around it but I don't know what lol

  40. Unusual smells and marked changes are a reason to schedule a visit to your gynecologist. They have access to the labs that you don't, and the expertise to put your mind at ease if you're actually 'normal'.

  41. I definitely plan on going. I've switched from a job where I had a day off during the week to a Monday - Friday job and I'm struggling to figure out how people go to appointments lol
