  1. How did you get there I haven't been able. Thankfully it was on my cash app card only

  2. I think we could still do all that but a majority wouldn't wanna be there

  3. Probably not but just do your best to live your life. I rarely notice it now unless I trigger it . Also yeah find your triggers and void em.

  4. Probably not but don't focus on the cure try to habituate. It took me two months to habituate to it. I don't notice it most of the time

  5. Now those are the questions we need to ask

  6. Best advice I have is use a fan when you sleep and the sound of crickets helps. Also distract yourself. I think you and I have it similar so keep your mind busy.

  7. Keep trying stuff. Anything that can help you it's worth the time

  8. It's called somatic tinnitus and it's very common. It happens the same to me among other things like pressing the side of the head or chewing or even turn the head. No big deal.

  9. Does it bounce from ear to ear ? Or maybe In the middle of the head?

  10. I honestly enjoyed fighting the serpent king especially because of the "TOGETHER" part

  11. Am not sure. I had an ear infection but I used to wear only one ear bud almost everywhere. (I had the ear bud in the ear that has tinnitus). Idk how but it got quiet but I can't sleep on my sides because I hear it again.

  12. Usually I'll just look up cricket sounds that's enough for me . I use Spotify

  13. Thanks, I'm glad to hear that works for you. I wish it did for me ๐Ÿ˜”

  14. Keep looking for what works for you. I've trained a ton of sounds and other stuff before I came to that conclusion. Keep strong:3

  15. It has made me pay more attention to my health

  16. Tbh I don't think making yourself deaf would help. I am not a doctor but it doesn't sound like a good idea not that it would work. Am also around age (20) honestly just do your best , try to life your life and definitely take care of your ears .

  17. Tbh if I can lower to the point I don't need maskers at night that would make me happy

  18. This is one of my fears but for sure go check with your doctor. Am guessing it's a spike .

  19. I have tinnitus also and what I do for playing games is having a fan near by and definitely don't wear the head phones

  20. I still like using my earbuds but I have it as low as possible but I am slowly leaving them. I just listen to music on my phone .

  21. I haven't lost hope. I know this isn't super rare. TBh if I get to the point where I don't care about it that would be a victory for me. Some guy in this reddit told to take the victories as they come. I've had my t for a short time now and honestly I just recommend to find ways to not notice it. For me keeping busy and having some noice helps. I do hope it stops someday but for now I just need to do what I can to help me.

  22. It can be. But it may end up sticking around. Tinnitus is weird and when it first gets going is when itโ€™s the weirdest.

  23. Definitely weird. Tbh it's better than how it used to be at least.
