Being likeable is a part of playing the game dude. If everyone dislikes Venus/Q/Liz and also does not respect their moves then Ben wins just off of likeability alone.
To play devils advocate, she was brought into the six alliance and immediately targeted Maria. Obviously, the six wasn't the most stable alliance, but she threw away the opportunity to coast to top 6.
They voted out Ben first chance. Then Tevin who unlike Ben never even targeted anyone in the 6. That group was so shaking I won't even call them an alliance. They voted out their own members the first 3 chances they could.
The Tevin point is kind of moot because it happened after she turned on Maria. My point is that the day before, Tim targets a member of his own alliance and gets voted out for it. Damage control is done to salvage the alliance by bringing in Charlie as Tim's replacement. Tiff choosing to target Maria is repeating the same mistake as Tim and is not a good move on her part. Of course, we as the viewer have the gift of hindsight, but given the information Tiff had at the time, it doesn't make sense to immediately be out for blood against your own alliance.

Yup plenty of players have won without "big moves". Natalie White, Gabler, Bob, Fabio, all won without some crazy big blindside. They were simply the most liked (or least hated) of the 3 at the end of the game.
There are so many players whose entire careers are based on luck; Ggreg Odon, Brandon Roy, Derrick Rose... the list goes on and on. Why should Rondo's career be different?

Really don't see where the problem is. 98% of movies I watched I had no idea beforehand, I just knew there were people who liked them based on ratings. Really curious how you choose which movies you watch or not watch...
