What brand and color of filament you are using? Just curious 🧐. Brim for sure 👍🏽. I also use orca - and have PEI plate too. I usually go with bed at 60. Put a brim on that and let us know how it goes!
Replace that board and make it klipper with a raspberry pi. Join the dark side. Make your life easier and control the printer through a website. You can use orca, slice it and send it to your printer without having to touch it.
Check your offset and the bed level one more time, i found that if to close to the bed it will also act like it has a blockage too when printed for a bit.
I have the same glass at home and i also had experience at first it worked amazing and then all went down hill after that, never was able to get prints to stick. Then i found “elmer's glue stick purple” one evening at Walmart, and learned that it helped me to stick PLA and PETG very well to that glass, one simple application and worked ! Plus its cheap if it did not work it was cheap.
Change to orca slicer and print a calibration temp tower after your temperature are set check the retraction tower to get a better understanding of your retraction and set it, this should help out. Im no expert but had trouble calibrating with cura and downloaded orca slicer for the calibration tools built in made it much easier to determine my issues. I wish you the best!

You should check your bed levels again. I found it had. A lot of problems with excursion if my level was off even by a bit.
Have you tried to google the error with the make and model of the printer?
