  10. Yes you can. Just make sure you eat enough fibre and roughage with it because you will be constipated if you eat more than one piece.

What does your diet consist of now? When you come here and see what people eat, you will learn to adjust.

I guess it really depends, but for me it could be stuff like an omlette (or any other type of egg) and a salad and some bread or bun; a big salad with cheese; some sort of pasta, usually spaghetti. Sometimes we'll have home-made pizza and if we're having a date night at home or just feel lazy we'll order in something - usually Asian.
