  1. Only a month late…I swear her and her team sometimes…🥲

  2. I mean …Texas is still doing VERY well on radio, in the past I think a label would have to stop servicing one in order to move to another.

  3. I’m trying to figure out the point of asking that 😂

  4. I disagree, I think because of the move, we’ll see at least one crossover. What better way to get people on Peacock then forcing them to watch the 2nd part of a crossover.

  5. I mean, you have people (frequently in this sub) complaining about being “forced” to watch OC for crossovers when OC comes on right after and you’re not paying extra — you really think these same people would pay for peacock when they won’t even watch for free instead of complaining?

  6. I have a first name* that’s not “white” but it’s common to where a lot of white and black girls growing up had it. While my dad named me, my mom’s goal was for me to have a name that wouldn’t have me automatically dismissed for sounding “too black.” She def had future employment in mind when she allowed my dad’s choice to be my name.

  7. I think I’m only sad that it’s not 13 eps which I think is a real sweet spot for this type of show on streaming. Otherwise, I’m cool with it. Plus, if you pay attention to some things Chris has said, I think he prefers shorter seasons.

  8. 13 feels like a decent number, or even 12 lol. 10 just feels a little too short for this kind of show, with all of the lore and the world building surrounding the main cast and their storylines.

  9. Beyoncé didn't have to sing all the harmonies at the same time in the studio, though. Lol.

  10. I don’t think it’s about singing at the same time necessarily but the ability to hit all of the different notes from one person, even via vocal layering.

  11. Waaaaait I had no idea, thank you for letting me know!! I always thought it went to anyone credited on the song, my bad.

  12. No, with the Grammys “song” goes to the writers and “record” goes to the artist (and maybe the producers, I can’t remember).

  13. FTC is making a rule Most of what is done in the US is purely through the Agencies nowadays.

  14. And the president installs agency heads who can either effectuate or hinder their initiatives. This FTC is part of the Biden administration so he gets the credit (in the same way that if the agency did something asinine people could rightfully point to Biden for blame for installing the agency head).

  15. I saw this video (before the tweet was made) and the person was talking about Singapore and how her family chose to sacrifice to send their kid to an elite private school, so that’s why the kids are surrounded by wealth. With that explanation alone I believed the story.

  16. I actually quite like/d the district storyline. One thing I noticed from detractors in the sub is those who said a storyline like this was “too early” and compared big changes to other sitcoms. But my thing is, why should anything be done in a formulaic way? What makes this too early in a bad way? Why would it be better/necessary to follow a path instead of trying to shake things up a bit? Some of these protestations remind me of the people who constantly espouse the “moonlighting curse” regarding pairings getting together “too early” which in reality is nothing but a scapegoat to excuse poor storytelling once writers can no longer rely on the lowest common denominator will they/wont they story telling.

  17. Yea they were smashing — Amanda has to explicitly said her first child’s dad was not Nick.

  18. I hate how they handled her pregnancies

  19. I don’t mind the first, but I will continue to say that they shouldn’t have written Kelli’s second pregnancy into the show. They should’ve gone the extra mile and hid it for the character.

  20. Someone posted it and it’s now gone so I don’t want to do anything against the rules

  21. Looking at the nominees for that eligibility period, MH had no chance of nomination let alone a win. Network procedurals had pretty much stopped getting critical recognition by that time.

  22. No one guessed anything close to Cowboy Carter or even Beyince so no need to try to guess now bc you won’t get it 🤣

  23. Stone was never going to stay once Michael Chernuchin was out as showrunner. The Stone character was his creation and came from the cancelled Chicago Justice of the One Chicago franchise.

  24. I've said this I think a million times now Stone's storyline was meant for One Chicago. Like Voight and his team are helping Stone with his sister, she ends up at Gaffney Chicago Medical Center and dies there (I have no idea how Fire would be involved in this) but this seemed like the plan but Justice was canceled. Which I thought was weird and they never really gave the show much of a chance. It wasn't amazing but it was about ad good as the rest of One Chicago

  25. Oh Chernuchin (who was showrunner of Chicago Justice) definitely carried over his Stone storyline to SVU mid s19-20, without regard to how it fit into the show (a bit ham fisted IMO), so I agree with you there.

  26. This is so far from my realm, so I'm asking out of pure curiousity. How will it damage her professional reputation? It's not like her name is stamped on the bride's forehead or something.

  27. Because once the makeup starts the melt, odds are OP would post negative reviews on the MUA’s business page? Bad reviews happen all the time.

  28. I think Cabot was the best ADA period, however Novak was my fav (with Cabot a very very close second).

  29. That unjustly-imprisoned man will have served his 15 years by now. I wonder if the finale of SVU will have him comng after Stabler with revenge in mind...

  30. I mean, if they went there, unless he’s trying to take revenge against the prosecutor, the DA, his shoddy defense attorney, and the witness then I couldn’t take his ire seriously.

  31. Fendi spy bag! I loved that bag so much but was young when it came out and I didn’t have money like that 🤣🤣🤣

  32. I dunno how this is “all over the place”. The show was always meant to be serialized with long form story telling that requires the audience to pay attention from ep to ep as things are called back to and referenced and puzzle pieces fit together.

  33. Preach. People cannot follow a storyline past 1 episode and get confused as hell. When SVU does it they complain

  34. Correct about the SVU sub complaints. Mind you, the Maddie plot was poorly executed but even if well done they’d still complain about the long form story telling.
