  5. An extra question from another new guy in case you know. With WOE dropping the next standard rotation is in a year if I am reading all this stuff correct, right? So I am pretty safe to craft something for standard with my wildcards and have it around for at least a year before it rotates out. (Should be able to get some enough wildcards by then hopefully to craft me the next one)

  8. I have an Alarm system that has a very similar receiver. GPS, full car event logging.

  11. Having a roof over your head essentially means that you are protected from the elements in some way. Getting drops on you because the rain goes sideways is not being exposed to the elements. And also having Sun on your skin through the light of the tents in your balcony is also not being exposed to the elements.

  12. Please stop drinking large quantities of water if you have headaches. Start using electrolytes daily. If that doesn't fix the headaches adjust the water intake. Drinking too much water with not correct amounts of electrolytes in your body is not a funny matter and can be life threatening.

  15. You are correct that junk food is mentioned in the initial podcast (#208). Andy begins by saying "I am not going to tell you what diet you should do. There is no specified diet. You need to choose the diet according to your goals." and then goes ahead telling us what diet we should do or not do and what counts or doesn't without giving any strict "definition" of what is or isn't "clean". So he gives a very strict and hard-to-do-wrong rule and then follows it up with a generalization that you can discuss over for decades to come.

  18. Hi. Also smoker. Also obese by BMI standards. I just finished 75 hard and started Phase 1. I managed to go down around 30lbs and I struggled with it a lot in the beginning.

  20. Around 1.80. Still have a long way to go. Eventual target range is 85-90kgs.

  21. It’s TEST. They historically hoard it all until they choose a random person like Vily or Trafalgar Raw to bet billions on. Then that person feeds it, they find a way to claw some back, and they go again. They’re probably in the hoarding phase while they wait for the next inspirational Feeder to appear.

  25. I am at exactly the same point. Last couple of days were harsh. The closer to the end, it feels it gets harder and harder. Keep rocking it friend! We are almost there.

  26. Do you weigh daily or weekly? Weight fluctuations can be insane. I also went 5 pounds down on my first week but I was eating a lot of junk before. Also sodium is a huge factor in water holding on to your cells. Continue doing what you are doing and reevaluate next week. If you keep losing a lot of pounds every week you might need to up your caloric intake.
