  1. How do you think they became a FE in the first place?

  2. Oooh, I have to check. But for some reason my quick virtualization+cosmogenesis game didn't sync, so I'll have to do that later ☹️

  3. My fallen titan is ~30K strength while normal titan is ~6-7K. Minor bug: the Mega Shipyard does not automatically build FE ships, it does so when directly ordered to but doesn't if you place orders via Fleet Manager.

  4. I am at Crisis Level 4 and am seriously considering stopping there and never researching the Rules of Reality. I already have all FE ships and most of the buildings. The impact on relationships is not that hard to overcome, I've seen worse impact from Colossus use. I am a Galactic Custodian and loving it. However, other people say that it's Crisis Level 5 when you lose your diplomatic achievements and are wardecced. So why bother?

  5. I'm Crisis Level 4, I've done some disastrous experiments and purged some migrants in the lathe. I have diplomatic penalties, but I am still a Galactic Custodian and the ai empires tend to support all resolutions cementing my power.

  6. I wish we could continue the game as the fallen empire you ascended to, I mean you sort of can but I don’t know if it’ll break the game (through console commands)

  7. there is a hax exploit that allows to do it without console commands: become observer, wait until autosave and load that autosave. I think it will be patched soon.

  8. Just looks funny since all these refugees are moving into a literal death computer and dying by the million. It be like moving to auschwitz to avoid the soviets.

  9. The Chosen are fanatic purifiers, aren't they? So it's the choice between a nicer death and a nastier death.

  10. I'm confused, can you play as a fallen empire when you complete the Cosmogenesis path? From the dev diary it seemed like you could continue playing as the Fallen Empire.

  11. No, but you can release part of your empire as vassal and switch to playing them. I've just checked: Cosmogenesis does not block this action.

  12. Do they remain vassals of the fallen empire afterwards?

  13. Not if you release them from vassalage before evacuation

  14. Ah, the synaptic lathe, the marvellous machine: it gives you answers to all questions, including how to solve the migrant crisis!

  15. They'll fix it ASAP. It's an obvious exploit.

  16. Cosmogenesis. I am excited to try to break the system and find a way to keep playing as a Fallen/Awakened Empire somehow. Perhaps release a vassal and choose that vassal as my next empire? Or halt all research at Crisis Stage 4? Or try some funny shit such as intentionally causing a rebellion in my empire or angering the Habinte?

  17. It's already built into Cosmogenesis that you continue playing as a Fallen Empire one of the AI empires.

  18. so you CAN pick up the FE remnant and continue playing it? I am not at that point yet, I'm just building battlecruisers and sky domes, but I don't mind being spoilered.

  19. Hmm, if I understand this right... your quadrant needs some good old liberation? 🧐

  20. C.I.R. Love Me And Despair is desperate for some good action. I am not authorized to speak further, I am a Prime Herald, matters of culture and religion are my domain, not matters of war.

  21. Alright. Just Don't ask too many questions If the quadrant becomes too democratic 🫡

  22. And you'd better don't ask any questions if your next job is janitor in the Imperial High Fane Gardens. Our living standards for round ears are not Utopian Abundance...

  23. Maybe one of the pre-Shinra nations was a fantasy counterpart culture of Russia. There's a captain Titov and mountaineers Holzof and Yamski, all of these names sound pretty Russian.

  24. Sounds like someone was experimenting with the basic laws of physics and overcranked the weak nuclear force.

  25. I could be wrong but I thought you can't release sectors as vassals once you become a crisis. Though I do like the idea of moving the capital to the L-cluster to get the cluster to become an FE.

  26. I tried to google it but didn't find any references to not being able to release sectors as vassals after becoming a crisis. I remember that you can't release sectors as a regular genocidal, but nothing about crisis. Can anyone check now if it's true?

  27. Who the hell is Mechane-Wan? A cyborg version of Obi-Wan?

  28. Yes. They are now an Awakened Empire. I would advise you to wait and see if it's a normal Awakening or a War in Heaven. If it's the former (no other linked awakening), you just declare them a crisis like you would with a normal empire. If it's the latter (another fallen empire goes crazy soon), you need to denounce both in the Galactic Community.

  29. Word. I now have them and thr Contingency to worry about🥲

  30. Good news: an Awakened Empire can defeat the Contingency, at least, the hubs that are within its force projection limits.

  31. It's a pop bomb, a.k.a. Belarusian refugee bomb. This is a legit tactic: stuff pops onto a planet to make it an economical and logistical nightmare and give it to another empire / surrender it in a war. For extra effect, genemod all the pops to be as useless and annoying as possible.

  32. Is there any mod to fix it? I guess, if the hardcode adds a -1000, one can counter it by a mod giving +1000

  33. Go for Psionic, it gives a lot of bonuses which are most useful for Spiritualists. Do not research synthetics, stick to robot and droid and attracting organic labor migrants.

  34. How do I determine if they're weakened? Do their fleets get smaller?

  35. The effects of full decadence are as follows:

  36. AE decadence? That's a first I've ever heard of this. I have seen hedonist job roles appearing all over their empire so is that what you're referring too?

  37. No, I am referring to the debuff that is inflicted automatically on an AE after some time after its awakening and gets worse over time. This mechanic was designed specifically to avoid making situations like yours softlocks. You can always bide your time and wait until the AE is weakened.

  38. I have a Ryzen 3, and Bannerlord runs just fine. So a Ryzen 5 will run it even better. My GPU is a Radeon RX 560 with 4 GB VRAM. You didn't state what is your GPU; I think it's the crucial missing bit of info to tell if Bannerlord will run OK.

  39. Hi, I don't have a dedicated GPU, I'm saving to buy a RX 6600 (and a certificate power supply of course), so actually I use the integrated graphics, it's a Vega 7

  40. This may be your bottleneck, if you experience slowdowns, dial down graphics as much as possible.

  41. The heavy villain from Fallout 2, the cyborgized super mutant enforcer of the Enclave

  42. So it basically forces the society to revert to the 90% farmers structure it abandoned because of tractors and fertilizers? If 9 out of 10 people become farmers, with tractors and fertilizers and GMOs and stuff, society will stabilize?
