kazuha, you dont have many options for team slots and need him for some setups in neuv's teams. always, always, always work a team backwards unless you have a good substitute and/or the point of the support is basically dedicated to that team or playstyle. that way you dont have a crippled dps for an extended period of time, you expand your resources for teambuilding, and you can slot the dps character you wanted right into the team they need to perform ideally. in this situation, its better to risk not getting neuv than having neuv and not getting kazuha here.

not if you dodge, run a shield, have good panic button uptime, or use cc/stagger - which is probably the idea behind her bond of life; it makes overload more valuable. absolutely her biggest weakness, yes, but there are workarounds thankfully.
