It's actually not that bad other than the fact that used to drill a hole into your APIM box. The drilling is actually totally safe once everything is out of it
On your tool rack, the bottom left hand tool looks like a "wiggler edge finder" which isn't as good as a probe but looks like you have it already (googling that sould lead to how to use it for setting your work offsets with it). YouTube is your friend, I would suggest "This old Tony" for CNC and machining in general and NYCCNC for fusion and Tormach content.
It’s a lazy ass way to covert a AR-15 lower to handle AR-9 upper. Buddy had one and it was a pain when running competitions. He had to pull the charging handle back, then drop the mag to show clear.
I ran 200 rounds yesterday. 1 jam due to the rounds seating weird in the magazine. Also found out with the new trigger, it can be bumpfired, which is ridiculously fun
Mine wouldn't properly go into battery due to the dagger frame's difference in length. It's like an 1/8inch shorter on the front rail. I cut like one coil off the short spring to get it to properly stay in battery.
As said, you are going to need a pressure pad and some hefty die springs in your lower form.
We're probably making a few hundred a year right now.
That dye clearly doesn't work. It doesn't appear to have changed the color at all
Plastics is turning white seems good to me
Ok, ok.
It looks like it is trying to do infill along the edges?
Thanks man I think I'm gonna try rectilinear first then gyroid if that doesn't work. I read a bunch of other posts saying grid is the cause of this
No update on the mag. That face tho.. 🤣. Poor Cameron lol
Thanks for the notice Matt👍
This is really cool and it looks great… I just don’t have faith that this will go over well if I do it.

What did you use to pry open the different panels?
I just used my hands. You can also try those plastic pry bars which would be safer
The datasheet specifies:
That just means less than 90?
Like swapping from PC to PLA causes jam because it tries to purge out PC at 250.
God bless you
I'm on the same boat
full size?
Yes sir
ya use a glock 19 slide? i’m about to order a full size and i’m 95% sure thats what they run
It's a 19 slide with a glock 17 grip length
Is the guinea pig completely printable on the ender 3 bed or are y’all rocking something bugger
All printable on ender 3
Love the coloring, how did you get that effect? Paint it, and wipe it off?
Paint, sand and rinse clean.
Thanks everyone for your help I am now ordering a carbide ball endmill tomorrow and will use a 2 tool operation for this cut
Does that edge have a radius in it or is it just a 45?
It's a 60° angle

Thanks man I actually ordered an electronic edge finder. I found it extremely hard to go back and forth from my computer to the head.
Very cool. What's the painting process like?
Paint, rough up with sanding block and rinse clean
22lr?
Yup
Is this sailing ? If so whats the name can creator ? If not where do i find it ive been wanting to build a .22 and this 1 deff make my list of top 3 .
Guinea pig chassis from Damascus2a
Paint black and sand with sanding block.
Because it's a Maliwan.
Tedior it'll probably blow up anyways.
Super nice, share a source if you can.

It actually a way to have one lower and multiple caliber uppers. pretty neat that I can pop 2 pins and swap calibers with those mags.
You can do the same with a magwell adapter and it’s much safer.
Those are overpriced and a not exactly quick
I didn't notice any of this on my gen 3 glock 19 with their LYTE trigger.
It uses the Glock frame geometry which is slightly different than the dagger
Can this cause stovepipes
Trigger hits slide release bar, similarly to an empty mag follower. Locking slide
Been considering this for a while, how does it run?
I ran 200 rounds yesterday. 1 jam due to the rounds seating weird in the magazine. Also found out with the new trigger, it can be bumpfired, which is ridiculously fun
What's the mag capacity with that extension?
50
Message me
I ordered one last week. Did you also need to modify the spring length for it to run on the Dagger?
Mine wouldn't properly go into battery due to the dagger frame's difference in length. It's like an 1/8inch shorter on the front rail. I cut like one coil off the short spring to get it to properly stay in battery.
So you mean like you need to push the slide forward a millimeter or so manually?
The slide would actually move forward when pulling the trigger. It was really weird and made the trigger feel horrible.
