I feel like a good all-rounder for a helldiver who isnāt specializing their kit is the Medium armor medic with extra hell pod space booster. With 6 stims you can go off on your own and run solo sample retrievals or fab eliminations without worrying too much.
My theory is that those are toys specifically intended for aunts and uncles to buy for their nieces and nephews. Nothing says love like buying your sibling's kid a toy that makes as much noise as an air raid siren.
I admit, I buy my nephews intentionally obnoxious toys just to fuck with my brothers. Mainly though I go with various prank kits and fart noise machines, stink spray, stuff like that.
I brought some in once. A guy ran into the big red contact ones outside Bot bases. Booted me from the game...the kicker...I hadnt deployed any mines....he was just a moron and needed a target to blame rather than deal with his own ineptitude
Eh, there's value in not having to shoot and not having a destructible emplacement that they swarm quickly anyway. And if you're bringing the autocannon then you aint bringing the new airburst launcher secondary either. I already have lots of good secondaries, but my 4th strategem is pretty flexible and I think AT mines could potentially be more useful if the did decent damage and didnt trigger on chaff.
Because it doesn't feel as earned. As a DM, I know it can take away a lot of the sense of accomplishment if players found out you fudged the numbers to let them win. Sure, you still won, and it was fun, but there's still a bit of a sour aftertaste.

Now I wouldnt be getting all upset about it, but it is kinda off putting because ultimately I don't mind losing so I dont know why fudge unless winning was critically important for the narrative. Losing keeps things interesting. I straight up tell my DM not to go easy on me because I have more chatlracters im the wings and if he needs a dramatic death Im his guy. But perhaps there is a bigger picture here.

How come you have to destroy every last vestige of the building's original architecture? Leave some the old stuff behind and embrace it somehow. Modernize sure, but don't scrub every element from the past. That thing looks like it hold up the hole roof. Re-extend it to the support beam and make an architectural statement of some sort. Have it free standing like a piece of art, no need to completely box everything in.
I've never put into words my approach to maintaining my relationships with conservative family members. It has evolved over time since 2016 based purely on instinct and trial/error...and it looks shockingly similar to this

I'm absolutely convinced of this. Republicans don't want to play defense on abortion when the majority of the population supports the right to choose. They were likely even more surprised than the Democrats were when that ruling came down.
Part of it is also that they're typical moralizing hypocrites. They love to wax righteous indignation over social issues but balk when actually expected to follow their own rules.

I'm against picking up other rpeoples samples. You don't put all of your eggs in one basket. More divers with samples=more chances of those samples getting back. If the dude grabbing all the samples doesn't extract but everyone else does....
