So, you're telling me that the average investor picking 3 etfs by themselves will surpass the return of a highly diversified portfolio that a robo advisor creates? You're not making sense

The s&p is diverse and most have a .05 expense fee. You can add something like VTI to be a little more diverse. So why would I pay a .15 expense fee to do something unneeded?
