Had this exact same problem and thought it was the alignment. Got it aligned and was having some shakes/vibration at speeds around 65 so I took it back. The mechanic decided to look at the tires and sure enough they were way off balance and the rims had actually been bent from the previous owner.
They have them on Amazon for a decent price. I bought mine a couple months ago but stopped using it because there’s a slight lag (2-3 seconds) that I got annoyed with so I’ve just been using wired. If you don’t mind the lag then by all means get a wireless one, you can find them on Amazon and pretty much any of them should work.
I got my 2018 with 34k miles for around 34.5 so I would say that’s a pretty good deal. I would just double check the carfax to make sure there isn’t anything or has had anything wrong with the car other than the recalled engine
OP- would you mind sending the listing or posting a link? I’m fairly certain I was looking at a car that was in Woodbridge, VA and has a very close resemblance to the car you’re describing. Was about to buy it at the dealership but when I test drove it I noticed the rear windshield had condensation. After a little more digging and inspection, turned out the car had a water leak somewhere and the dealership decided to send it to auction because it would have cost a good amount to fix.
Sounds normal to me. The shape of the car creates an area of low pressure behind the hatch. The wake turbulence causes vortices that make the exhaust gases (Which are hot) be lifted up instead of straight back which will cause the window to fog in the right conditions. It's the combination of hot exhaust gasses, cold window temperature and moisture in the air.
I saw YouTube vids of people doing it lots of them using cyanlabs and that's what I used to into your setting and click about sync it will tell you what version your running

Do not use anything other than 5W-50…. Ford uses it for a reason, and everything is designed to use oil with that viscosity.
